If I could rate these people a zero I would. I have been coming here for years but not know more. They were suppose to call me about my order never did and then acted like they were going to ship it to me and then totally ignored me. Rude people!!!!!!!!

I am so glad I stopped in. Extremely nice man helped me out and humored me by looking at MULTIPLE pictures of my new rescue dog. Very knowledge about the products in the store. Clearly he has a passion for happy healthy pets

Paws & Claws is our go-to. They are diligent on sourcing food and treats that are safe and healthy. Nothing from China. My dog is obsessed with their collagen braids. The owners and staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. They are always available to help you fit your dog for coats and harnesses. They also host Amanda from Smart Pups for Fun and Focus classes which I also recommend. Without that intro, I never would've found an awesome trainer for my puppy. I trust any recommendations the Paws & Claws family provides because they have our best interest at heart.I can't say enough about Paws & Claws. They have been a lifesaver for our family. Thank you for everything you've done for us thus far, and I'll probably be over tomorrow for more goodies!

The owners and staff are the absolute nicest people! Very informative and helpful. I used the dog wash station today, so much easier than giving Keno a bath at home. It makes baths more enjoyable especially the love Keno received from customers and staff.

I just bought my first 4 lb puppy at the age of 51 and I have no idea what I am doing. The owner’s mom was so wonderful and gave me such great advice. I walked out with a bag full of stuff and can’t wait to go back on a monthly basis. Who am I kidding…can I really wait a whole month?
