Rack Room Shoes offers a great selection of shoes, including Crocs, tennis shoes, and clearance items. The store is clean. It frequently has promotions like BOGO deals and a rewarding points program. The staff is noted as one of the best, with employees who are passionate, nice, and offer excellent customer service. They greet customers, provide suggestions, and focus on comfort and style. Some shoes can be expensive, but promotions help. The store is highly recommended for its selection and service.

I love the BOGO deal. The selection of shoes is great! Always shoes on clearance! The rewards program is a bonus. Always earning points and rewards for money off my next pair!!
