We had such a positive experience while upgrading our iPhones! They went above and beyond to assist us, but what really blew us away was how attentive and kind the store manager is. The woman helping us (who was also fantastic!) had a few questions about our specific account and how the upgrade should be processed. On 2-3 separate occasions while we were there, she Facetime'd her store manager (who was home at the time) and each time he answered within seconds and provided the most kind, patient, and caring support - all from home while not even technically on the clock at that hour!We really appreciated his help personally, but we also found it so refreshing to see a store manager who very clearly cares about not only the customers, but also his direct employees. This was honestly the best T-Mobile store experience we've ever had! 10/10 for this team!

Gisele, Christie, George,and John were so patient , kind , and helpful. Not knowing my Apple ID was a problem but they stuck to it and got me set up with a new phone .

Mario was absolutely a joy to work with he was super personable and very informative and answered all my wife’s questions. He made sure all the details were precise. He was very professional and he even remembered me from my previous visit. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with T mobile. Also big shout out to the Store Manage Jorge he was very welcoming and made sure to let me know he was available anytime we need him. Visiting this store doesn’t feel like shopping it feels like being around family thank you guys.

Excellent experience. Mario was great, fast and friendly service. Able to switch a line from Verizon and add it to our plan no problem. Also left a bag in the store and they saved it for us to pick up the next day.

The staff at this location was friendly and efficient. Christy assisted me with the purchase of a new phone. She is a fabulous multi-tasker. Beside activating my phone she was able to oversee a trainee, greet customers at the door and answer the phone. At no time did she ignore me for those other tasks. Extremely happy with customer service.

Have to first state that since June 2023 had nothing but issues. Being told to go to store to resolve problem only to be told that I have to call CS. I had bought 2 watches from cs stating they would work without a phone being attched to phone. Watches came would not work called cs told had to buy 2 new phones. Bought said new phones would not pair with watches. I was told per cs 611 tickets were submitted and wld be notified in 2-3 days when issue was resolved NO call back (2 weeks later)I had to call in again only to be hung up on then a vm from CS stating I need to go back to the store again. Again since June going to the store spending 2 or 3 hrs at location only to be told to call cs sitting on phone w cs 2 and 3 hrs only to be told go to store. Finally today I go to Ocean City tmobile and have to say I was In a mood, met by Cristy Magana and Giselle Martinez. They listened to my problem looked over my notes and not only showed such Empathy but offered assistance. Reassured me that they were going to do their best to help me. Not only within 20 minutes were these fine young ladies able to calm me down but they fixed the problem. They were able to get the watches that I was talked into purchasing btw connected to the phones that I was also talked into purchasing. I've been with tmobile for a bit over 9 years and if not for these 2 reps I was ready to leave and take all of my friends and family that I referred to tmobile with me. If not for these 2 girls tmobile would have lost several customers.

Switched to a 5G internet module, and Jorge was super knowledgeable and patient while he helped us. Jorge rocks! Besides the substantial monthly savings, it's nice to know that T-mobile has such a professional staff. We're happy we switched, and glad we got the help we needed to do so!

My boyfriend and I just had the most wonderful experience at T-Mobile in Ocean City, MD with the sales manager, Jorge. He was beyond helpful, patient, and genuinely kind working to answer all of our questions.

My wife and I had a great experience here. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave us the best deal possible. We switched internet from XFinity to T-Mobile 5g and couldn't be more happy, both with quality and price. We also switched from Verizon cell phone service to T-mobile, which works perfectly. In short, we're saving hundreds or dollars a year, and getting better service.

Bought a new phone here yesterday and the service here was outstanding. Both Tre and Mario were helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. Should have switched to T-Mobile a long time ago. Great phones, great plans, great customer service.

Very clean, presentable, and well maintained store. Tré helped me to the fullest extent to get me the exact phone I needed with what worked best for me. He was very patient, well spoken, respectable and knowledgeable. I couldn't have gotten better service. His associate/assistant was very nice as well, they seem to be a very vibrant team always willing to help for the greater good.

Love, love, love this location. Reps are polite and professional. Tré really went the extra mile to make sure my lines were switched over and he introduced us to TMobile internet. Great service and we are saving a ton of money.

Today's Tmobile was Epic, Working with Tre today was really a great experience. He was Super nice, very informative and extremely easy to talk too. Wonderful experience today, Tre totally changed my mind on moving to another carrier. My time at the store today had me leaving with all Smiles ? . Thank you

I can't possibly speak too highly of the customer service I experienced thanks to a few exceptional people at the Ocean City Maryland T-Mobile store on Jorge's team there, including him personally, but NOT limited to this exceptionally helpful and friendly smiling group I found at this location near the Food Lion.Due to my own inability to solve my software problems (that many Golden Agers like me encounter) that had spread into my continuity of mobile phone service, including the purchase of a new phone to replace my damaged (screen & audio output) one, I was at witts end, and thought my only viable option was to switch to a different service provider and "get a fresh start" and buy a new from a competitor at their nearby kiosk.Now I don't know if I was feeling lucky, or it was the double espresSOS I'd had for breakfast that Saturday morning, but I knew I had to make some kind of move, post haste, so I decided to drop a dime one last time to T-Mobile's customer service folks, fully expecting to wait on hold for an eternity, as quite oftentimes is the case. So imagine my surprise when the very friendly voice of Daryl Joyce spoke to me after only one ring, and long story short, she very cheerily FIXED EVERYTHING that had gone wrong (due to ME!) Not only that, she did always the paperwork needed for me to proceed right to Jorge's store, where my new phone would be waiting for me!That's where Christy took over from there to get me quickly completed, and answered every '**** question' I had, and a few that I didn't even think to ask. And Christy had that same smiling voice that Daryl had shown me, except I had the bonus of actually seeing Christy's smile that lit up my world (thru my brand new phone), too!Now, I apologize that my reviews getting a little long, but I have so many good things to say about ALL of Jorge's staff there...including Mario, who knows both phones AND local people and places he turned me into...and saving Tremont ("Tré") for last, he being the first person I met there, who had a lot of great (music video via the phone) ideas he shared with me to help meet my needs. Not only that, but, during his break time taken outside the kiosk, Tré took time to ask how I was doing and talk about my music stuff with me. He made me feel like good friends do.As if that wasn't enough great customer service, a few days later, after having trouble getting my Google accounts all 'in synch', Jorge sat down and spent a lot of time 'fixing my wagon' so it would roll on its own. I am so very grateful for that help from him, and thought he must truly be a blessing to his parents, wife, and four children.May God bless all of you there at T-MOBILE in OC. You all certainly deserve all the good that comes your way...and wherever Daryl Joyce is, too.Thank you.
