I went here recently looking for a lip tint and the cashier Emily was super friendly and when I mentioned that I couldn’t find one I liked, she went over to a section I didn’t notice and swatched some of the items for me and I found the perfect one! I’m not a big fan of swatching on my skin because some things are really pigmented and I hate having stains on my skin from swatches so it was really nice that she swatched them on herself so I could see the colour without the items staining my skin.

Hazel is truly amazing! She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and made my tween girls feel like absolute rockstars during our visit. Her positivity and enthusiasm were contagious, and she created such a welcoming and uplifting experience for all of us. Hazel is a 💎GEM💎 at West OC Ulta, and we can’t wait to visit her again soon!

Rachel did a terrific job helping me pick out the colors I needed. She gave me different choices and she really match my complexion. Well, she did a great job of being a great personality finding out more about how I wear my make up, but I would think would be best that I would constantly use convenient fast is what I like. Just did a great job all around and I will be coming back to see her!

Brandon was completely AWESOME!!! I would never have been able to pick out the correct shade of foundation without his help! He answered all of my questions and made sure that the products I wanted were the right ones for my skin tone!

Kimberleigh was very knowledgeable & welcoming on Thursday when I visited the store. I buy cvs makeup because it is easy and cheap but my mom is complete opposite. She invests in her skin care. After being greeted by Kimberleigh around the Clinique area and experiencing great customer service, my mom and I both left with big purchases to meet our needs. I love my new makeup.

Today I went in because I am 30 and could never shade match properly. So far I'm giving 5 stars for customer service by Kimberleigh! She tested some things out and I'm very excited to go home and try it for myself. I was able to finally find a color that matches my red and yellow undertones. She's very knowledgeable and helped me not only with make up, but also with skincare recommendations! I am very grateful. Thank you!
Edit: tried out her recommended products and techniques and it looks flawless!

Took my mom there not long ago, it was last minute. We were grateful for the visit, Patrick was wonderful. Staff were very helpful.. The only reason it's 3 stars, probably should have done 4 stars. BUT it was 74 dollars for a wash and bow dry, and some curls? Wow! She doesn't have a lot if hair, it's not thick or long.... She did have some detangling that needed to come out... But we have never paid that much anywhere else, even with the detangling...which she always has

I Went with my little sister today and had an employee basically following us around the whole time ? she asked if we needed help and we both declined bc we just came to get a few things, the employee literally came up 3 more times in the span of not even 6 minutes… felt like she thought we were gonna try and steal something plus we felt rush when it was midday? anywho it was an extremely disappointing and disgusting experience to feel.

Customer service is horrible!!! What looks to be the manager has a attitude and a look that she hates her job . Kept trying to watch me and looked very suspicious talking into her headset. I wish my wife would return all the products she bought!!!
