Ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. 1. No bacon2. No ranchWhen I told the "cook" they basically said no that can't be right, we don't mess orders up here. Gave him the box. As I said things were missing. Now that they have realized the mistake, some how it came out to be my fault and not the people preparing. For something that came out to $10+ you'd think that you'd get it right. Not to mention the ingredients are in the fucking name. So fuck you steve and your little $11/hr.

Wawa has a great business model of good, fresh food and excellent service. This location run by Tim is second to none. Hands down hats off to this professional. Every job I have ever done I have been thrown into the fire. Tim is always by their side offering guidance and encouragement. I have seen him handle the loving locals, as well as Debbie downers in stride. This location is just different. Whether it's the faces that haven't changed like Alan, or Dee, or the free atm, I don't know you decide. It's a excellent business model with great people running it so beautifully. So much so, that not only our locals switch to Wawa...... But truthfully all of the great employees of Rofo or wine rack end up working at Wawa anyway. So now it's time for you to stop in and tell me why our Wawa is better.

Nasty ? food order food around 8:30 pmQuesadilla had only 1 slice of cheese not melted tortilla was hard also order a taco bowl had no rice only Beans charge me for sour cream wasn’t in the bag, ordered chicken tenders didn’t taste like chicken Mac n cheese was trash not kid approve garbage food. Don’t waste your money here.Oh I also order a veggies quesadilla had only 2 pieces of onions 2 peppers ?

I placed a carry out order on Tuesday, May 17th for a Tex Mex chicken salad with extra dressing (they charge you extra for it) and a bowl of chili. Salad came with NO CHICKEN OR DRESSING AT ALL. I called the store to alert them about the error… manager did NOTHING, not even a simple apology. This is BAD. I’m very disappointed… this is not the way WAWA used to be

These employees do not know how to work, there was a few customers inside the store and the one employee said it would be a 25 minute wait for current orders. The employees kept complaining about having to make sandwhiches, the bread was beyond stale and will never return to this wawa very disappointed Mr. Gheysenss would be furious.

Front of the store was dirty , inside of store 1 employee actually working. Customer service terrible! There were ample staff but too involved in conversations to helpUpon checkout disgruntled employee not working talking to the cashier about suing the place?! Woman behind the counter preparing the food acting like she was doing everyone a favor !

This store is not up to the Wawa standards and should be closed.Customer Service:The worker named Lori is rude. She acted as if customers are there to provide services to her. Spoke to them as if she was the officer and her customers are her soldiers to order around. The store has bad reception so the app doesn’t work well and she blamed the customers.There is a 40-min wait for orders. This is not acceptable.COVID-19 Precautions:Both hand sensitizer dispensers are empty. There are no wipes to clean self order screens between used. I’m sure that’s not compliant with corporate standards.

Came here for a sandwich, was way too small, underpacked and defintely not double meat and extra cheese. Overall worse wawa I’ve been too. Does not hold up to wawa standards.Drive the extra ten minutes to the next if u want better service
