Dr Rider great. Front office does a nice job also. If you call the main number good luck. Calls not answered or returned. Main number goes somewhere in outer space and lost. No return calls
Guess that happens when you get too big and depend on untrained people to take calls.

I forgot a few prescriptions at home and had to have them transferred here. Dealing with my doctor's office was a nightmare, and I had to call the pharmacy several times. The staff was amazing: extremely patient and kind every time I called. Thank you so much!

This is not healthcare, it’s a patient mill as others have pointed out. It’s clearly evident when you visit because of an actual health issue. If you just need to be run through a system like cattle, this is the place for you. If you want to see an actual doctor, instead of PA’s and nurses, go elsewhere. If you value your healthcare provider to actually care about your health, go elsewhere. If you are seeking diagnosis for unknown illness or pain, definitely go elsewhere. They do not have the critical skill needed to provide such services.

This office does not put health as the priority. Impossible to get a same day appointment even in serious circumstances or for a very sick child. I have had 3 separate, unrelated bad experiences at this office. DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE FOR HEALTH CARE!!! Cold, uncaring, unresponsive and frankly undereducated. It’s a patient mill…they are not prioritizing health, instead the priority is on fast revolving co-pays and insurance payouts.

If you have no health problems, are 18+, and do not need to visit the dr more than a basic check up once a year, then this place works I guess. Please do not take your kids here, they do not have any pediatricians, and do not seem to even be trained in that field. If you are someone who likes to have time to talk with your dr to get answers, find somewhere else to go please, because that isn’t going to happen here. If you/your child take medication, please note that it takes about 3+ weeks for them to click the button to send your prescription next door, well that’s if you’re lucky. I am on week 4 of my son being without his meds. They don’t care. You can call, go in, etc, they do not care whatsoever about you. They care about your $$ and filling out BS on your chart and that is it! I also suggest doing some research prior to scheduling with this office. They only seem to have 3 competent employees, so there is also that. Oh! Also they ask you to arrive 15 min prior to your apt time 😆 This is not necessary as you will wait at least 45 min if not over an hour for your appointment every single time.📌 I want to note the attached pharmacy is the most amazingly, efficient, and quick pharmacy in our area, and they offer free delivery. The pharmacy staff is solid and they could not be more caring, kind, and compassionate if they tried! Same goes for the lab within this medical office. The little cafe, pharmacy, and lab are amazing. Avoid the providers here if you can, unfortunately there is slim pickings in our area so we can’t always avoid

This place has a long wait time. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable. Most prescriptions are sent here when you are discharged from the hospital.
