Went to buy 2 prepackaged quarts of ice cream which I usually buy at another Baskins Robbins. Looked at the posted price, asked for the 2 quart prepackaged price, clerk ran up a price over $2.00 more. When I pointed out the posted prices he said those weren't right, he didn't know about any 2 quartprepackaged pricing and said there was nothing he could do. Did he pocket the difference? I won't be back. Correct your prices, which are higher than other Baskin Robbins.

Should be called soft serve, one scoop melted before I could finish. Way to soft. It's ashame this ice cream use to be the best. TURN YOUR COOLERS BACK DOWN WHERE THEY USE TO BE SO THE ICE CREAM WILL BE GOOD AGAIN. MUCH TO SOFT.

I went this morning to get Cappuccino Blast and tried to order from the inside counter but was told the register was not working. They told me that I would have to wait in the LONG drive-thru line, and they can ring me up at the register by the drive-thru window. If I wanted to order something from Dunkin Doughnuts, they would help me inside. When I asked why they would not ring me up from the same register as the drive through an employee said to me "I can go to another Dunkin Doughnuts". I just moved into the area 3 weeks ago, I would love to keep going to this location because it's the closes to my house. When I asked to have the district manager name and phone number, I was told they couldn't give me that information. By the way, there is no managers at this location. Please get a manager, these employees need to be watched!!!

For the second time in a row, I've left the drive-through line because it wasn't moving at all. The last time I was served here, they were out of several common flavors, and the time before that, I was handed a ridiculously small cone. An ice cream cone is supposed to bring happiness, but this location only serves misery. Skip this place and go elsewhere for your ice cream.

They had flies on the donuts. The customer service is mediocre. Walked in and stood and no one said anything, including the manager . Had an ice cream that was so gritty like it was there for years. It was so terrible I threw it away. 0/10

If you're on post and get a late night sweet tooth, keep driving to another location. We arrived at 7:30 because google maps says they're open until 10pm. We got there and the doors were locked. Was told they're only doing DD drive through. They obviously are doing whatever they want in there. No signs posted of early closure for the ice cream side. Just go to ColdStone it's way better anyway!!!

Don’t go here for any pre-designed sundaes (like a banana split or one of their layered sundaes) because even though they are on the BR website (& in the case of the banana split still on the store’s menu board), they don’t offer them anymore. Just some kiddie ones and the boring sundaes with a sauce and whipped cream. Won’t be back. And I’ll take my Dunkin’ business to another location as well.

Went to get a birthday banana split, I hadn't had one in forever. Went through a drive through and when we got home, there were no toppings on it and 1/4 of a banana. I wrote in bc I just wanted my money back, corporate emailed and said they would notify store and store would get directly back to me. I never heard from them. I sent a message back and no response. I basically got screwed. I wanted to warn others to choose another place to get ice cream.

Dunkin ... Baskin Robbins.. same thing. They never get the order right. I just sat there in the drivethru as they argued with me about whether or not I put an order in, and then when they were arguing they didn't put my order in that I also was getting at the drive through.

It's very hit or miss going inside. There are days I am completely ignored and other days one person is extremely attentive. The staff doesn't seem to multi task very well, so If I get the urge for ice cream, I usually choose the drive through. The portion sizes are perfect and the people are nice enough when I get attention. I'll try again in a couple months and compare to other locations
