As one who have banked with BB&T for years, I recently had to contact them about stopping payment on a check that was lost for almost two months. Kentoya Thomas, Relationship Banker, immediately help resolved this issue to my satisfaction. It didn't stop there, she even followed up with a call the very next day to put my mind at ease. This is what I called "exceptional customer service." Thank you Ms. Thomas for going above and beyond. Thanks also to Micah for convincing me to stay with BB&T when the decision was made to merge. You ladies are the best!

Costumer service sucks in this location, the atm took my money I went inside to report it and I herd the lady in the back saying she didn't believe it took my money $&&@8&&. Then the lady in the office said she was call me later on that day to update me on my case, she never called, I kept calling the next two days because I never got a call from her, I got my money back three days later, she never called me to update me on my case.
