When a customer's tire pressure was low, an employee named Alexandria and another employee went out of their way to assist the customer, even returning the money the customer had spent trying to inflate the tires. Another employee was also praised for rescuing a customer from a wasp, going above and beyond to ensure the customer's safety. While the prices at BP may be a bit higher than other gas stations, the company's commitment to the local community and its willingness to provide excellent customer service have made it a popular choice for many customers.
Had an issue with the ATM withdrawing from my account but saying the transactionwas declined. The owner was nice enough to help me figure out what happened. We both thought the transaction would be removed from my account, but he offered to follow-up if not. Really great customer service!
