Cvs location on Annapolis Road in Odenton , MD has the best customer service I’ve experienced in this state. I had to request my prescription be transferred from Texas to Maryland because of work right now. The pharmacy staff took care of my needs quickly. They even worked their line down quickly.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Employees there don't care, mess up your orders and then give you shit for their mistakes. Avoid this location at all costs.

I called all day and no answer straight to voicemail. I leave 2 messages letting them know I had 4 prescriptions and wanted them ready for the time I can pick up.No one calls back so I go there. The pharmacist tells me she has to do it tomorrow because it would take 5 minutes to be able to open the safe up. Ok, so open the safe, I'm here I'll wait the 5 minutes No big deal. They chose to close rather than help the last customer of the day. The customer service sucked and the ignorance and disrespect was unprofessional to say the least. This pharmacy has always sucked I thought once the other guy left things would improve. No they got worse. I felt discriminated against because of the color of my skin.Corporate is gonna get a call!

This CVS Pharmacy by far is the worst in Anne Arundel county. Why isn't anyone doing anything about it? You can't find the store manager name nor corporate office. They never pick up the phone. There is always more than 7 people in line and they basically ignore the customers. My husband had 2 prescriptions sent over from the hospital at 11am. It was "in process" until the next day at 2:00pm. They are famous for you going over to the store wait a hour in line to get to the counter and the prescription not be ready and the cashier goes and fills the prescription with a line full of people waiting.CVS Fix this store!!

Once again my doctor placed an order at this pharmacy and I show the next afternoon and it's not filled and I have to wait for it. This place in Odenton can never get it together. They bug me like crazy on orders I don't want filled but when I have something like Prednisone for severe poison ivy they refuse to fill it in a timely manner. It's almost like a game as to how much we can make the customer suffer... CVS lacks any real management of process.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They called me to tell my prescription was ready. The next day I went to the pharmacy and they had a pile of prescription in a basket and said they couldn't find it and I I needed to come back in a couple of hours and wait in line again. So disorganized and unprofessional. Staff needs more training. Pharmacy degree doesn't = customers service

The pharmacy is not reliable. They do not operate based on store hours and they back to regular hours. Its not covid anymore. They close early or close the drive thru with no notice. The other day there was sign on the window that they closed at 4pm instead of the normal hours of 9pm. Even after you call for your prescription, it will take days to fill. You might not even get it filled til you show up. Corporate needs to get involved. I sat in drive thru and then was told they aren't opening drive thru. Since when was hours of operation and option?

My negative review is mostly for the pharmacy. The reason why I gave two stars instead of one is because the actual store and workers are great once inside and interacting with them in person. I've always loved and swore by CVS. I recently moved to the area and have tried to put up with this particular CVS for over a year. My prescriptions are never in stock, available when they say the would be, or I can't reach a pharmacist by phone. Then there's the matter of long lines in store and the drive thru never being open. I'm finally over trying to conduct business with this location. I've had two prescriptions sitting In Process for over a week. Today, I decided to call the pharmacy just to have the phone sit on speaker with no answer for over an hour (see photo). I have an infant, it's not that easy for me to run places as others may be able to so I rely on the phone for communication. I am 100% done and will be transferring my prescriptions to the Walgreens Pharmacy at John's Hoskins that's right up the street.

If I could give no stars I would. I went 3 days in a row to pick up a prescription for the pharmacy to be closed because they didn't schedule anyone to work and they said they couldn't transfer my prescription because it's already filled on the shelf but they don't know when a pharmacist will be in. The store manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate. They suggested I go to the ER to get my medicine.

Once again bad experience at this CVS their drive thru brakes more than Mc Donald's ice cream machine this place is awful and poorly managed I know you're saying go somewhere else but my insurance company makes me come here, you would think after all the bad reviews me and other people give for this place they would do something about it, every time my prescription needs to be refilled I cringe!! I wish I could give no stars but yelp will not allow it so I will say it I give them 0 stars

Dropped off new prescription to pharmacist. Stood and waited for 40 minutes for it to be filled only to be called back up and told they don’t have enough of the medication and were unable to fill it. Couldn’t tell me when they would receive product to fill it. Rude and dismissive employee attitude toward situation.

Went for a covid-19 test. Sign says full service both lanes. Go in second lane because I've got a big truck. Told me after 20 minutes of waiting had to loop around to first lane. Now there's twice as many cars in line. Literally counted them. RIP me I guess.
