Pharmacy doesn't answer phones are call back so don't waste your time. You have to go in person. Make sure you go early because they may not even have your meds. Remember, you won't ever know unless you walk in and talk to someone in person.

Unprofessional some of the pharmacy staff. The owner/manager needs to train your staff on how to deal with customers. Very very unprofessional and I'm switching pharmacy, I hope y'all take these review seriously and improve before no ones support that store .

I wish I could give zero stars! I was reading reviews and I thought it was exaggeration! There’s this guy who is absolutely rude!! And make you think that you are just making things up , I went in person 2 times to my doctor’s office and they kept telling me the pharmacy accepted the prescription and they had it. Everytime I went this guy was like no we don’t have that ! . This place is a joke

This is the worst place in the world to get your prescriptions filled. The staff behind the counter need to go to customer service school the have know clue on there jobs everything I go there I have an issue with my prescriptions, but they don't have an issue with that auto phone call at anytime to say that your order is ready and you go there and it is not. This store in general should be closed down.

Horrible service. Wife's script was on auto fill. She been out for 4 days now. Every time she calls, the recording says it's being filled, then says they're busy helping other customers and can't answer the phone. We had to go in person to find out there was an issue with the quantity, even though it's the same script she's been getting for months. Nobody reached out to her to let her know, and when asked why they never answer the phone, they stated they don't answer phones there. WOW!

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I was told to wait after my vaccination a couple of minutes but they completely forgot about me. Was there for 50 minutes.

I wish I could give this store less than 1 star. THIS IS THE WORST CVS ON EARTH. The line for the pharmacy is always long and drive thru closed most of the time. Associate don’t want to check you out, so you’re forced to use self checkout.

Took 10 days to fill a prescription after being told three separate times it would be filled. I had to go in 6 different times to just be told it wasn't ready. Then they lied and said for a second time it was out of stock, I called them out on that, and pharmacist said "oh actually it's here give me 15 minutes." Not to mention you have to PHYSICALLY go in if you want anything done because you can't talk to an actual a human and no one calls you back with whatever this voicemail system they have set up. They prescribed two medications, which were both wrong from what my doctor actually sent in on top of it! I literally wish I could give zero stars.

This CVS pharmacy is extremely frustrating. I have been waiting for a prescription since the 8th of April that is on autofill. I need it to breath!! Stopped in last week and the staff said they would take care of it.... Still waiting. This place is a disaster. Never enough staff, can't keep staff, no one answers phone, pharmacist does not show when you have a covid vaccine appointment. Yeah can you believe that. They didn't call to cancel and just wasted my time as always. There is no accountability when it comes to customers. If I could give a zero star or a minus I would...

This CVS Pharmacy by far is the worst in Anne Arundel county. Why isn't anyone doing anything about it? You can't find the store manager name nor corporate office. They never pick up the phone. There is always more than 7 people in line and they basically ignore the customers. My husband had 2 prescriptions sent over from the hospital at 11am. It was "in process" until the next day at 2:00pm. They are famous for you going over to the store wait a hour in line to get to the counter and the prescription not be ready and the cashier goes and fills the prescription with a line full of people waiting.CVS Fix this store!!

Once again my doctor placed an order at this pharmacy and I show the next afternoon and it's not filled and I have to wait for it. This place in Odenton can never get it together. They bug me like crazy on orders I don't want filled but when I have something like Prednisone for severe poison ivy they refuse to fill it in a timely manner. It's almost like a game as to how much we can make the customer suffer... CVS lacks any real management of process.

I have had many visits here. Wait times can be long because of volume of customers, but almost all staff here has been exceptionally helpful (Alex, and more recently Ana were particularly helpful, both going "above and beyond") in solving problems. I have, on occasion, overheard very rude customers verbally abusing the staff, but staff members have been professional and helpful regardless of customer behavior.

I absolutely HATE this pharmacy. I just waited 30 minutes in the drive through line, I was second in line behind someone for 20 of those minutes and then RIGHT as it turned 1:30 and it was my turn to pull up to the window, they closed up shop because it was time for their lunch. I understand the importance of lunch time, but it was absolutely rude to have me wait this long in line and not say anything to my face, apologize or give me my prescription! Also why did it take 30 minutes for two people in front of me?? This is not the first time I have seen how slow the pharmacy works, every time I come it takes forever for them to work. This will be the last time I use them though and I am getting my prescription moved to a different pharmacy because the customer service is inexcusable and the service is incredibly slow and inefficient.

find another pharmacy....Walgreens will at least pick up the phone.....CVS has turned into a mess...no customer service, no one answers the phone. this is a disaster.
