had the most dreadful experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in crofton. Not only were their donuts WARM. but the atmosphere inside was unbearable. It felt like stepping into an oven—literally! The air conditioner was more for decoration than function, blowing warm air like a hairdryer. I was sweating more than I would at a sauna.

So overrated, but they're everywhere, and our culture thrives on convenience. Sad but true. Maybe in a perfect world we can have high-quality food that is also convenient.

Very odd unsatisfying experience. Went to the drive-through to buy a hot chocolate for my daughter. The sign on the menu board said they were out of donuts. I ordered the hot chocolate and the man gave a big sigh, waited, and finally told me to come to the window. We waited a considerable amount of time for anyone to come to the window while we could hear the employees chatting. The older man came to the window and did not make eye contact but told me it would be a while and took my payment. After another long wait he put the drink on the window and walked away without saying a word or even looking at us. That was all bad enough but when my daughter sipped her hot chocolate it was black coffee.

Every time I come to this dunkin donuts there's always an issue. They always mess up my order. I ordered a hot late and got nothing but hot milk and no coffee. I will NOT be returning to this dunkin ever again.

We came around 5pm on a weekday. Not too busy and place was very clean. Excellent customer service from the staff. We were missing an item that we had ordered and paid for and the staff quickly remedied the issue by providing a little extra. We left as happy customers!Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious

This place is usually incredibly slow so I avoid it. I chanced it one day since it was super early and I figured it would be safe. Boy was I wrong. I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through (1 car ahead of me) for a stale bagel with only enough cream cheese for one side. They also didn’t use oat milk like I ordered (which is an issue since I can’t do lactose) Until something changes i will be avoiding this place at all costs.

My "star ratings" apply to the joint qua joint. I mainly get a large coffee with cream 'n' sugar. HELL, they created a Kureg K-cup thingy because the DK coffee is so damn good, for cryin' out loud. Recommended.Parking: They've got ample parking here, Jack.

Hair that was not mine was in my drink (i have 4b honey blonde hair), i ordered two breakfast sandwiches with no egg because im allergic, and when i called up there and told them it was hair in my drink the guys response was “what do you want me to do?” the guy sounded very young so his response was no surprise. I live in piney orchard so i go to that dunkin’ very often but this was by far my worst experience.

Popped in for a quick breakfast wrap and coffee. Pretty busy place with online orders, drive-thru vehicles, and in store customers. Took maybe 15 minutes. The staff didn't seem all that cheerful, but they were polite and got my order to me as quick as it was made.

Very rude employee named CARLEY that didn’t want to do her job. She was cussing and making threats. This employee shouldn’t be working customer service. The manager did nothing to control her behavior. Seems he just lets these young kids run the place. Other customers agreed, she should have been fired on the spot. I have already called corporate.
