I took my car there for routine oil change and alignment. Once I picked up my car I felt something weird. I call firestone and spoke to Justin. He was more than helpful. He asked me to immediately bring ir back so they can take a look at it. Mind you I didn't have an appointment. Once the issue was found it would take a day or more to fix which I was willing to wait. Justin stay after closing to make sure I could pick up my car. Justin showed outstanding professionalism and willingness to help customers. I will most definitely be bringing my other vehicles for service at this firestone location. Kudos to Justin for the help.....Bravo zulu(military for great job)

This place has horrible customer service. The guy working in the front office refused to greet me and was angry when i simply said good morning. After that, he went on to tell me that “if you cant leave the car then….” Before i could even say what services i needed. His posture and tone was extremely agressive. I would never recommend this place. I am a paying customer but i feel discriminated against. Thanks firestone

Horrible. First I was called about picking my car up a day early. At that time, I had made arrangements to get the car the following day because I was told that’s when it would be ready. I needed a car and had plans to obtain one. I had to cancel those plans and arrange another set of plans to pick up my car that day. Since It was ready one day early it was annoying but not that big of a deal. When I arrived they told me the car wasn’t ready and would be ready the following day, as I originally understood. I had to make a new set of plans to get the car I needed which was ridiculously frustrating and inconvenient, especially since they called me. The following day when I went to pick up my car, they did not tell me it was ready I had to call, not only was I charged for something I didn’t ask for, all the doors of my car were unlocked except the drivers side (they park the cars in another parking lot around a restaurant so theft could be an issue), but the battery cover was in my back seat and my back right door was open. I will never come here again.

I dont understand the point of setting up an appointment when you guys ended up having my vehicle for almost FIVE hours. My appointment was set up for 2pm, I dropped my car off at 150pm & when I called 2 hours later to see if my car was ready they said no, and it hasnt even been taken back yet and it should be ready by 6pm. THIS WAS FOR AN ALIGNMENT. Also wanted to charge me for work that wasnt even done, (guy ended up saying "you know what, have a great night" and handed me my keys) & somehow they made my steering wheel worse then it was before I went there. When questioned about the supposed "work" they did on my car, one of the guys got an attitude & was just overall rude. This establishment is a complete joke & I will never be going back.

1.Very long wait to change 4 tires, almost 4 hours.
2 A company of that caliber, and they give bad service... one of the new tires they put on left it bad... even so, trusting in their work. I turned around, however, I could have had an accident due to the negligence of some technician... who did not leave the tire completely covering the sides of the ring, so the air began to escape, bad job... Going back From new is not nice.
I don't recommend them
They threatened my safety.

I took my car in for the check engine light sign to be diagnosed because it came on and the car was running great but there was something wrong the sensor, however I was told by their manager Nick when he called me that I needed to buy a new catalytic converter, pay for it to be removed and replaced, replace the upper gasket, the lower gasket, have the air/fuel sensor replaced, have the oxygen sensor replaced and have the O2 sensors replaced. These things were not mentioned on the summary that was emailed to me after the check engine light was diagnosed which I prompted to look at today after the check engine light came back on. The only things that were mentioned on the summary were that the battery, drivetrain, brakes, engine air/cabin/fuel filter needed attention and it was stated on my invoice on 6/25/24 that I declined these services even though they were not mentioned to me on the phone by the manager Nick on 6/24/24. He mentioned that the catalytic converter needed to be ordered from the dealer and it would cost $1499.99 which was higher than the price quoted to me by the dealer. The check engine light came off on 6/25/24 when I picked up the car and the light came back on 6/27/24. I took it back and spoke to Nick and he told me that the sensor that they put in was defective that I had to take the time out tomorrow again to bring the car back for it to be replaced. I reported these issues to the Better Business Bureau and Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC has refused to respond to them and resolve the issues.

I called in advanced to schedule a change of oil and filter AND a service inspection. My appointment was for 10am, I should of know it was going to be a waste of money when tech hang up on me prior to answering my questions. Call two days later to confirm my appt, then the day of, most techs called out. So my car is in the shop for 6hrs. At 2:30 pm I called for status and was told they had other cars ahead of mine. So I stop by at 3:30pm, waited for 10 min in the lobby to find out they needed an hour for them to work my request. Returned at 4:30pm, they charged me for a service that didnt complete and was told they didnt had time for my question. To add that they gave me wrong recommendations for tires it makes me believe that because Im a women I dont know anything about cars, their service was by far the WORST I EVER EXPERIENCE!! I had family done brake service with them before and they charged a ridiculous amount for cheap parts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!

Completely and utterly disappointed at the tech who worked on my vehicle. First, after having an appointment it took over 8 hours before my vehicle was finally seen at the end of the day and the tech somehow managed to put the rear tires which were visibly noticeably bigger then the front, on the front of the car causing it to rub against the control arms. After that, he then didn't have the right tire on the correct rim making the overall experience extremely frustrating and disappointing for the install of 4 tires. The icing on the cake was him putting the 275/35/20 rear tire on the front of the car and the 245/40/20 on the rear of the car as my car has a staggered set up.

All of the cars in my house are serviced by Firestone. They've always provided top-notch service. Once you get pass the wiper blade recommendations, everything they recommend is legitimate. They are also very quick and responsive if I have questions. Keep up the great work!

Dropped vehicle off for rear brakes rotor and pads. Dropped off at 10 am, I was told it would take a few hours. Called to inquire time and was told around 3:30-4pm. At 4:30 still no call so I went to get my car as it was siting untouched for over an hour (have the app that informs me) Price was high for Napa parts. Overall if communication on drop off was clear I would have stayed to ensure faster turnaround or just remove appt times
