Pedro with a capital P. Was rude unfriendly. Him and his co worker are too busy gossiping about customers. As a loyal customer I am so upset over the snarky attitude and poor customer service. I asked for an envelope. And was treated like I was no one. The customer after me saw everything asked for an envelope and gave it to me as we were leaving. Sad! I am sending this complaint to corporate as the entire staff was horrible. The manager offered to give an envelope after the customer did.

Used to be a great bank. They are refusing to help me because I am a disabled veteran. I had money stolen from a towel head on eBay. I gave Navy Federal all the information that it was fraud and a counterfeit item. I went to the company that makes the items and they gave me a letter/ email stating this item is fraud. Navy Federal won't do nothing.

Last couple of time I visited the odenton branch it was terrible!First I waited at the drive thru for 10 mins no tellers response. Then went inside and waited 15 minutes! Only one teller was open ! Wth ? Keep it up and you will lose customers and clients.

After checkingin with the person at the booth, i sat in the lobby and waited for someone to call me. So i sat in an empty lobby for 15 minutes and no one came out to help me.

ATM is outside for quick convenience. Didn’t have to do any business on the inside so no comment. Drive thru is tight for us(large SUV owners)and right off of Annapolis Rd.

Supposed to be the best credit union been with them for bout 20yrs got one loan in the 20 yrs paid it off on time ask for another loan less then the 1st loan way less they just keep denying I got people who credit messed clean up and they give them $10,000 smh

I have been a navy federal member for a few years now...joined at a location that has since closed...As much as I have enjoyed being a member I am extremely disappointed in the branch at 1179 here in odenton...I am all for the wearing of face masks...but to be told that it has to cover my nose in order to bank is disheartening.. There are health reasons that make that not feasible! I have searched the internet and called customer service...There is nothing specifying your nose has to be covered..I called customer service to inquire...The customer service lady on the phone says the site specifies FACE covering but at this branch you have to cover your nose so I ask is it different for each branch she repeats it says face covering...so should I cover my eyes as well? ....of course not cause I wouldn't be able to see...but cover my nose and struggle breathing?...And if that is the policy it should specify! Probably won't utilize this branch moving forward!!!!!! Extremely disappointing!!!!

I've been a member with NFCU since 1997. Not all branches are alike. This particular branch has friendly staff and offers professional and efficient services. I've interacted with their staff for a car loan and check deposits. I've been satisfied with services so far. They even have snacks for their customers. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.
