People tend to forget to write reviews about the good things. My experience with this pharmacy from first phone call to the pharmacy tech who greeted me at the window was just top notch. Very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. This will be my pharmacy from now on

Came in around 9. Was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour for my meds to come in electronically. Five minutes later, I was told my meds were ready. I took my meds bag and went home. Got home and discovered only one of my meds were in the bag. Went back to the store in 45 mins. Was told i needed to get a signed Doctor authorization to pick up meds. I refused to leave because this is NOT common practice. The pharmacist called back to the Drs office and said they would put the order back in. It will take about 45 minutes to an hour. I think my original 2med order was deleted. With severe back pain...this visit to Walgreens Was terribile.

I actually waited at the drive through once and had the tech pull down the shade as I drove up after waiting in line for 20 minutes. I was so upset that I went in and asked for a manager and of course I got a half insincere apology., ashamed to say but I was forced to return to CVS.

I called to ask about my prescription status. They said they couldn’t give me any information Because the system was down at all Walgreens. I hung up and called the Walgreens in Gambrills and they were able to check the system and tell me the prescription status. I don’t understand why they would give me false information

Pharmacists in this location are so rude and inadequate to accomplish their job. They provide very slow and sloppy service.I never ever recommend it...

got there at 8:55 am as the pharmacy opens at 9 am. there were 2 people in line ahead of me. the staff walked by the line grimacing and laughing at the fact that they were coming out of the back to work at the pharmacy at 9:06 am with what looked to be a manager with the cash register openings. one employee continued to stand there on her phone.

There's a reason why this pharmacy is rated so low. It sucks! It didn't used to, but I don't know why it went downhill. Have come in on mornings when their hours list that they're open, and staff didn't arrive until several minutes after posted opening time...and then proceeded to take their sweet time getting everything set up. Then today, sign on drive thru says is closed, so I go inside, line is outrageous. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes only to get to the window and be told it'll be able 20 more minutes until the prescription (that was sent over at least 2 hours ago) is ready. ? I've about had it with this location. Rather drive all the way out to Quarterfield.

the pharmacy is terrible. my husband needed his medication and went to pick it up today (Saturday) @ 1:52 pm and it was closed. the front end cashier said that the pharmacist didn't show up today. what are people to do when they can't get their medicin? ridiculous. will be transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy asap.

Although I've never had issues with my medications in general, they get one star because they are UNACCEPTABLY SLOW!! And worse, Walgreens offers the so-called "Express Pickup Pass" that they NEVER honor! Why...just why?The only reason why I haven't gone to another location because this is the closest one. My husband and I both have had too many additional (and unnecessary) trips there because we had to leave the line, to avoid running late to our other appointments. Walgreen pharmacy - PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

Numerous instances where they hadn't even started to fill prescriptions until I showed up. Long lines, and the drive thru window has been broken for months. The staff looked tired and overworked. I'd rather drive another ten minutes out of my way to a pharmacy that has a working drive thru or one that will fill prescriptions in a timely manner.

This post is for the pharmacy. I am beyond disgusted and fed up with the call-in process. I wait at least 30 minutes for someone to pick up, and when they do, the staff member has a crappy attitude and rushes off the phone. Yet, their automated system calls my phone at least 3 times a day. Received a text message that my insurance wasn't going to fill my perscription, but when i called (and waited 31mins) I was told the prescription was filled and ready.Some of the cashier staff at the pharmacy need to be re-trained. One cashier in particular takes 15-20 minutes to check out a customer, and then she cant find the prescription in the system. I had to get out of the crazy long line after waiting in the line to call my doctor's office. Only then did the prescription "pop up" on the screen. Ridiculous. GET IT TOGETHER WALGREENS!I do have one praise for the front end staff. Thank you for being prompt with the photo requests and for checking orders out in a quick, friendly manner.
