WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Walgreens refuses to efficiently staff, leaving customers waiting in line for 30+ min. Not to mention they said they’d send a text when my birth control was ready, and did not. People rely on their medication, Walgreens. Do better.

When i went in to get a passport photo, the worker was extremely rude. She asked why I had to come in that day and couldn't have waited until the next day. It was only 10:30am. The passport photo was awful and taken at a downward angle. I had to go somewhere else to get a new phone because it wasn't acceptable.

The pharmacy is poorly managed and frankly makes up rules as they go. My insurance changed and my new insurance provider required a prior authorization for my medication. I had been out of my medication and requested to pay out of pocket, which the walgreens staff initially said was fine. I waited 5 days for my medication, and when it finally came in, they said i was no longer allowed to pay out of pocket for my medication as it was against the law (blatant lie). I had my insurance company call the pharmacy and attempt to sort it out, and finally the walgreens staff stated its actually not against the law but its their policy. I called walgreens headquarters and they stated was not a walgreens policy and that I am allowed to pay out of pocket and would start a case for me. They stated it would take 2-5 business days which at this point i am just switching pharmacys.Thanks Walgreens of Piney Orchard, I have been out of my medication for over a week now because of your poor management.

TERRIBLE ! do not send your prescriptions here. I had a surgery and essentially had to go with medication because if this location and a “glitch” . My Doctor spoke with them multiple times and so did I . I’ve also sat in the pharmacy line prior to this longer than 45 minutes and only 3 people on line. This location is just terrible and needs shut down having a pharmacy this close pointless if they can’t perform . It’s been more of a burden.

This is not a reflection of the individuals that work there but how the store is managed and staffed. I made an appointment for a vaccine through their website. Received confirmation emails and texts. Arrived 10 min early. Was told that the vaccine was in fact not in stock and they didn’t know when they would get more. I asked for an alternative vaccine that I needed because I was already there and had an appointment. After 45 min of waiting I finally left. There was a line 7 people deep to pick up scripts. There was one person managing the desk, one person filling prescriptions, and one pharmacist. They were so short staffed you could see how stressed out the employees were. This is not who I want managing scripts and making sure I get the appropriate medications, dose, number of pills dispensed, etc. in addition while waiting we went to the bathroom which was very unkept. Over flowing trash from bin and on the floor. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional but they were not safely or adequately staffed in the least bit.

just go somewhere else. unless you like going to the pharmacy five or six times every refill, per medication every month!!

I am becoming more frustrated with the service each time I visit this location. Sent my daughter for my meds. It took 2 days to get them because of poor service. The first try was Sunday (Jan 7) between 11 and 11:30. The line was so long and SLOW she left. Again today after work between 5:30 and 6:00 long line, SLOW service. The drive thru is never open, what is the problem? When people are sick or in pain, the last thing they want to do is stand in a LONG line. The drive thru should always be available and the line inside should never have more than 3 people waiting. Come on Walgreens, do better!!!

Absolute worst pharmacy! Their service has gone down hill! The Drive-through is never open and you now that they have switched to a “call center” to answer their pharmacy calls, you can NEVER get anyone on the line to answer questions about prescriptions! Definitely moving my prescriptions elsewhere!

I absolutely HATE having to go to this Walgreens. Today's experience was a nightmare. The pharmacy hours on the front door are incorrect for Sundays. I went there 4 times today. The worst was how RUDE the pharmacist was when I arrived to get my prescription at 1:27 and she told me that were closed for lunch (door not shut yet). I told her it wasn't 1:30 yet and she literally pulled the door closed in front of my face as she told me that it was 1:30 and they were closed for lunch. And yes, it was the pharmacist who was rude, not the other people working in the pharmacy. I wish I could give it zero stars instead of 1.

While I understand the nation's current issue with narcotics, coming to pick up a prescription that your doctor filled for you one day "early". And only early because I'm still on Thanksgiving vacation so I didn't want to have to drive back down tomorrow, wasting both time and gas during my vacation. I was already in town! I do believe there should be a limit, but I also think insurance companies won't approve scripts if too early, but not completely sure on that. I also think that customer service goes a long way. I understand that this medicine is different, but one day, come on. What about - we will do it for you this one time but know for the next time.... Completely disappointed in this service today.

I have never complained or posted a rating before, unless I have received exceptional service.My pharmacy does not utilize the express checkout EVER. I am pretty sure they don’t even know what it is. I am frustrated. This is the closest pharmacy to my house but yet to me the worst. I understand short staff because the country is suffering from this. However, when I come to get my monthly medication, no matter what time it is there is always a line around 10 people. The drive through window isn’t utilized but the most frustrating is the express checkout is nonexistent.

got there at 8:55 am as the pharmacy opens at 9 am. there were 2 people in line ahead of me. the staff walked by the line grimacing and laughing at the fact that they were coming out of the back to work at the pharmacy at 9:06 am with what looked to be a manager with the cash register openings. one employee continued to stand there on her phone.
