Good luck getting your medication on time and in full from this pharmacy. They are actively discouraged from using critical, thinking of any sort so when their screen tells them that your script isn’t there or unavailable or on hold they don’t bother doing any researcher or checking to see what the problem is. They just look confused and insist that your medication is not there and then expect you to just turn around and leave even though their app and Phone messaging system insisting that it is there waiting to be picked up. Have had to get very insistent on more than one occasion that they at least check to see if the script is in a bag ready to go and lo and behold there It was waiting for me to pick it up.

This pharmacy is the worst. My prescription refills are always incorrect. You can never speak to anyone on the phone. Customer Service, quality, and efficiency rating 0.

Really bad experience every single time. I understand y'all playing with my meds but when it comes to kids you can't. Really disappointing. Don't go here if you have any other options.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Not enough staff, not enough qualified staff. long lines everytime I go to pick up. No one can answer questions about my RXs correctly, they are constantly screwing up my RXs order too. Moving to a new pharmacy. 0 out of 10Would not recommend this place, headaches are not worth it, especially when customer service is so poor.

This is the worst run pharmacy and I have traveled the world. You can get better customer service in a third world pharmacy where they don't speak English. Unless you want to die. Waiting for your prescriptions. Avoid this pharmacy

This pharmacy is terrible. I’ve had to have them review camera footage to prove they were not filling the 3 months supply my doctor would send over. They will only fill a month at a time, charge you for 3 months, then put your script on a 3 month refill schedule. You will always get screwed out of your medication and money.

Person at the counter on 6/9 10:56 am was very unhelpful and rude as he was screaming on the phone and trying to look like taking care of a customer, he should not be anywhere near serving people with this attitude. And his name tag was reading Michael. What a shame to Walgreens keeping someone at work like this.

the pharmacy is terrible. my husband needed his medication and went to pick it up today (Saturday) @ 1:52 pm and it was closed. the front end cashier said that the pharmacist didn't show up today. what are people to do when they can't get their medicin? ridiculous. will be transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy asap.

Friendly and thorough pharmacy staff as well as retail associates. More often than not you can find a long line at checkout so I try to come when I’m not in a hurry.

Numerous instances where they hadn't even started to fill prescriptions until I showed up. Long lines, and the drive thru window has been broken for months. The staff looked tired and overworked. I'd rather drive another ten minutes out of my way to a pharmacy that has a working drive thru or one that will fill prescriptions in a timely manner.

A particular OTC product I need is almost never in stock at this location. Unfortunately, it is always listed as available for pickup/delivery online. Having worked for a pharmacy before, I know that this is an easy fix for the GM to make (update the inventory, put in special orders for the product), but they refuse to, and act like it's an immense bother to even be asked. Avoid.

They don't develop half frame photos. They also ruined my roll of film. Dropped off my film and after a month of no response, I call to find they have it in the store. I go to pick up and it's not developed. They apparently couldn't develop it, but also didn't care to let me know. They return the envelope and the roll inside doesn't even have a cap on and the negatives are most likely ruined. All because they couldn't just let me know that they don't develop half frame photos.

Awful customer service in the pharmacy. The window has been broken for almost a month. The rudeness is unacceptable. I understand you not likely your job but why are you working in a place where sick people need a little kindness?!

This place is the worst. Everyone I need a refill there’s an issue. Last time I used them, I just needed a refill of a prescription they had on file. They sat on it for a week and then told me they were out of stock. If you want to talk to a pharmacist, good luck. It seems the phone is always off the hook ands just rings. If they do pick up, they won’t say anything and just hang up on you. The drive thru is closed all the time.

This post is for the pharmacy. I am beyond disgusted and fed up with the call-in process. I wait at least 30 minutes for someone to pick up, and when they do, the staff member has a crappy attitude and rushes off the phone. Yet, their automated system calls my phone at least 3 times a day. Received a text message that my insurance wasn't going to fill my perscription, but when i called (and waited 31mins) I was told the prescription was filled and ready.Some of the cashier staff at the pharmacy need to be re-trained. One cashier in particular takes 15-20 minutes to check out a customer, and then she cant find the prescription in the system. I had to get out of the crazy long line after waiting in the line to call my doctor's office. Only then did the prescription "pop up" on the screen. Ridiculous. GET IT TOGETHER WALGREENS!I do have one praise for the front end staff. Thank you for being prompt with the photo requests and for checking orders out in a quick, friendly manner.
