I didn't have an appointment but the person available to serve finished with a client and was doing nothing for 20 minutes because she was standing talking to the co-worker and after that she attended to other people and sent us to another customer service person for a 30-minute wait.

Went to this location twice sat down for over one and half hrs. And told the bank is closed now and I have to come back again! Went back today and the manger said”let me get you the customer service number” this took him long too! I left without getting assistance!! They are very slow and unproductive!!

My recent visit went quite well. I was helped by Sophia, who greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. She was able to easily complete my transaction, and was even able to help me with my usual request for $2.00 bills. As a regular at the Olney branch, I've always found the staff to be most courteous, friendly and helpful.

I have worked with the majority of the current personnel at the Bank of America in Olney, MD and found all of my encounters with each of them were very professional. In addition, I always received excellent customer service from management and all associated financial support personnel. I recommend this bank location to all.
