My first experience at a massage and facial place and it was absolutely incredible!!!! I loved my massage therapist Amanda, she was so kind and patient, and her massage was wonderful! I also really enjoyed my facial by Bo, who was so helpful in finding the right products for my skin type. The customer service was amazing, both Katie and Tish were so helpful and sweet with booking and walking me through expectations during the appointment. Overall this was a 10/10 experience, and I totally recommend coming for a visit. Can't wait to go back again!

Quality of massage therapist can differ but you can't go wrong with David! Perfect pressure, knowledgeable about muscle groups, can find and spot tension and knots. I come in hunched and leave with great range of motion and straighter. I definitely recommend David.
Overall location could be a little nicer, e.g carpet.
Their current Christmas in July gift card special is great deal for better pricing.

My honest review on why you should spend your money somewhere else
1. They will still charge you even if you’re get sick and cannot attend your appointment. That’s very unsanitary to force someone who is sick come in to receive a facial or massage.
2. I have had one of the members run over 30 minutes late to our appointment, most of the members will cut your sessions short.
3. They also were doing more things that jacked up the price of my facials without telling me that they would before proceeding. I didn’t find out the price til I checked out one time.
4. I went to cancel my membership and the lady at the front desk in person told me that I had one more credit even after cancelling that I could use and I should book an appointment. However that was not the case when they were checking me out after my last appointment and charged me over $100 for a massage that honestly was not the quality of the service.
5. The front staff is overly cheery to the point where everything sounds inauthentic and sarcastic. It was hard to be honest when there was tension if anything was not good with the service and they make customers uncomfortable.

I’ve been very grateful for my decision to purchase a membership here. Darlene gives the best facial I’ve ever had, she’s attentive, sweet and considerate. Shannon does amazing work with massages, I’ve been much less tense. Thank you for all of your hard work ladies!

I have been a member since July 2024 and have seen Darlene monthly for facials - a treat I eagerly look forward to! She is knowledgeable and takes the thinking out of the experience, making recommendations based on the needs of my skin in the moment. I leave feeling refreshed, glowy, and relaxed every single time.

I brought my 76 year old mom in for a facial with Darlene. I was nervous that she wouldn’t do well because she has advanced Alzheimer’s. Darlene was an absolute gem. She was so good with my mom. And she talked me through the skin care products and what and how they benefit. She even gave me a quick hand massage with the cream. She was using on my mom. Such a good experience that I got the monthly plan. My mom has always provided herself on her appearance and she Has always worried about her skin even in her advanced stage of Alzheimer’s Thank you so much, Darlene You were awesome and we will see you again soon. -Karen

I’ve been a member of this location for about 3-4months and am always greeted with a smiling face by whoever is at the front desk. I’ve been getting monthly facials with Darlene and she is nothing short of amazing! She takes the time to understand the condition of your face and personalizes each session based on how you’re doing that day. I am always so refreshed after the session and am in love with the progress my skin has made so far! Getting a membership was the best self-care investment I did for 2025 :)

I would not recommend hand and stone for any services because they are not transparent with the pricing. I called to ensure that I would be able to use a 50% discount that I got through one of their emails and they assured me that it would be ok to use with the type of service that I was being scheduled for as long as I showed the email at the time of the appointment. I showed the email to 2 different staff members upon arrival and they said that it would be fine but when it finally came to paying for the service, they said that it didn’t apply for that type of service. I don’t like the way they get you in because it’s happened to me at least twice where I think that I will be charged a certain amount and that is not the case, so in the end I paid double what I should’ve paid and that is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER be going back there again.

I went to Hand and Stone for the first time yesterday. I had the most amazing facial. The staff were wonderful. I was so impressed I joined to have monthly facials or massages.

It had been far too many years since I'd last had a facial. Darlene was kind, patient, thorough, and encouraging, and gave me a wonderful, full hour "Clarity" treatment. She's very good at what she does, and was a pleasure to work with. I'll be back!
