Our first home buying process was amazing which is something very hard to say for most people. Our Loan Officer Paul Lancaster really loves and cares about his clients which seems like an almost forgotten trait these days. In our loan process that was about 30 days I’ve talked to Paul and his amazing team more times that I can honestly count. Every step of the way was relayed to us and kept us on top of everything. Not if but when we need to make another investment Paul and his Team will be the first person we call.

Chris was an excellent loan officer and advisor! I appreciate his availability and promptness in answering my questions. He helped us get a nice credit towards the closing costs. He made sure the ball kept rolling throughout the whole process when closing on the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Lorraine Packett is amazing. Knowledgeable, polite, available, patient, and respectful. Beyond all that she really cares. She literally blew us away and bent over backwards to help every step of the way. I have so many questions, most of them probably were silly, but she treated each one with respect and explained everything to me. She is phenomenal at her job, and seems like an exceptional and pleasant person as well. My wife and I were so blessed and fortunate to work with her. She is AMAZING!!!

Paul Lancaster was great. Seriously he managed to close my refinance in less than 2 months when I had to subordinate another loan to refinance. He did everything that needed to be done in less than 2 months that another mortgage company could not complete in 7 months. We are closed with a lower rate.Paul responded to my emails within a few hours and texted me with updates. Seriously I value communication and just confirmation that things are getting done. Deposited my paycheck and they put a 5 day hold on it, I can't afford food or gas to get to work. I was under the impression that I'd receive the allotted $200 during the hold but did not and was not warned of this prior, I'll likely be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. You can't play games with a working man's money.

Mr. Rod Moody was my Mortgage Sales Manager at Sandy Spring Bank for a home I recently purchased. All information and document requests were communicated in a clear and concise manner, and Mr. Moody was always available to answer any questions that I had during the process.
