I would leave it a 0 Icould. Always a problem with their pumps (yet they dont post any signs telling you that) and then they take your Giant rewards discount and say sorry nothing we can do. Had another bad pump this last time and it took 25 min to pump 10 gallons of gas because they won't help you get your gallon discount back if you stop the pump. Employees could care less. AWFUL. But only place in olney to use Giant rewards.

Came here for gas and also went inside to the store. I started to type in my phone number because I had a reward for the food I was buying and the cashier clicked past it. I asked her to go back and she sneered at me and said, âfor this??â Implying Iâm so cheap I wonât pay the $4 myself. I just looked at her and waited for her to go back. She said âitâs so cheap I donât know why you canât just payâ so I just left. Idk why she felt the need to give her opinion. Iâm sorry I donât have âshell station cashierâ money, which is apparently the job to get into if you wanna be rich enough that you just waste coupons for no reasonâŚ

Employees are nice and friendly, but that's pretty much where it ends. I was waiting for 20 min in long line(I go there weekly for Kratom for chronic pain)the manager took a woman who just walked in when there was a long line. PRICE GOUGING TOO!!!...In Colombia I get 5pk of OPMS gold for $45 and if I get 4 I got one free. I also get the 5pk online for $31 so why is it $65 here w/o tax added!?!? THAT IS DISGUSTING TO PRICE GOUGE UR WEEKY CUSTOMER OR ANY CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. Please get better management, the guy is rude!!!!

Horrible customer service and empathy. My car didnt start on pump 7 after finished pumping and paying for gas. I informed the cashier If I can just please wait there for half an hour for the road side assistance to come give me a jump start. He was so rude and didnt care what so ever what my situation was he just rudely said put my car on neutral and push it out the way and leave. I was iust in complete shock at this point. I normally dont go to this gas station at all and either go to sunco or Bp I only came here because I had Giant points. I will never go here again because lack of customer serivce or even care. And this was at 6am it wasnt even busy yet. Stay away and go to BP or sunco

The price at the pump was higher than the price on the sign! The big sign said $2.669, but the actual price charged at the pump was $2.679. The price of gas at the Exxon next door was $2.599.
