I’ve communicated with the TD Bank in various times in person or on Phone, in USA and in Canada. Their service and communication is spectacular
and they always go above and beyond explaining and helping and making sure we understood.

Horrible service. Opened an account it took over two hours while we had to sit and listen to the banker complain about his job. He put in the wrong information and didn’t open the account correctly after two hours. We now have to fill out all new paperwork. Worst service ever

They tell you whatever to get you to open an account and then play with your money, I will never recommend this bank or consider using it in the future.

Always great service. Super friendly and caring. ALL tellers at the front are super helpful. Frank was also very helpful navigating a fraud issue on my account and getting me back out the door with a new card in hand.
