I usually have a great experience at this store, and the staff is always very nice and extremely helpful.. However, this evening was disappointing. The Manager who rang me up made a mistake and overcharged me. She was rushing this order. When I returned to the store to fix it, she neither apologized nor acknowledged the inconvenience. She said they would refund the difference>. Good Customer service includes courtesy and taking responsibility for mistakes.

Conveniently located but it goes beyond that. My wife and I were fostering a dog, I came here with a few questions. The gentleman behind the counter came around and showed me options for a teething puppy. He was very friendly, didn't try to hard push anything, and seemed to actually care by asking questions and engaging with me. Was very nice to experience because you don't find this in many places these days. Will be back
And the puppy LOVED his recommendation (and found his forever home)

Terrible decision, and communications from the groomers, in your Rockville office regarding my dog Azula! I’m highly disappointed and dismayed by your decision to ban her from all your stores without any discussion or notice whatsoever from last grooming appointment which was over six months ago!

Curb pickup was so helpful! Got surprise kitten while at work, and needed to grab everything I'd need on the way home. Prepped list at work and picked up on the way. Attendants were so helpful and brought items to my car. I would definitely use this service again

Today I was helped by David. He was super kind and very professional. I came in with 100 questions because my pets have fleas. He helped me find good products and shared his experience with me while addressing other customer needs. One man show and he managed to serve all of us with diligence and respect. Thank you, David. I would give zero stars if I could . My dog has been getting his vaccines with vetco for 2 1/2 years . Today our appt was at 11:36 am we waited until after 12 noon meanwhile I have my 2 year old granddaughter with me . My dog was behaving well I dropped his leash and we were outside not in the store as some employee there said . Both dogs were barking at each other . They told me my dog could not come back ! We have never had a problem ! I handle my dog just fine . Good ole woke Montgomery county
