I went to this particular UPS store on Monday and encountered 2 employees, Spencer and Zaheer! They were so knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and friendly. I had a lovely experience and have decided to use this particular UPS store over the one that is closest to my home. I hope that these 2 young men will be at work when I need to use their services!

Awesome experience at this location today. First time here and won’t be my last. Spencer provided exceptional customer service all while servicing multiple customers during a very high volume time with a smile. Definitely recommend.

I have been to a lot of UPS stores, and this one is by far the most efficient and customer service oriented, thanks to their employee, Spencer, who is like a magician when it comes to quick service for all customers.

Spencer is the man! He’s fast, efficient, and handles even the most challenging clients with professionalism. We’ve all experienced the frustration of being stuck behind unprepared customers, but Spencer manages to keep things moving—helping those who need extra guidance on the side while making sure ready-to-go customers aren’t delayed. This location used to be chaotic, but in my opinion, Spencer has completely turned it around. Great job!

If at all possible drive to a different location. This one always seems understaffed and the line is often out the door. Not to mention they wanted to charge $5 for a taping convenience fee on a prepaid package. Really, tape? I get printing fees but you’ve got to be kidding for tape of all things.

This location has soon of the rudest people working there . If they don’t like working there they should go somewhere else to work . Or maybe the owner should have a meeting with there employees and go over how to talk to people in a public place.

A special shout-out to Spencer. He is the best in costumer service. He is very knowledgeable. The day I visited this store, He was by himself with a lot of customers and the way he handled it is amazing. It looks like a magic show. He served all the customers in few minutes and the line up customers disappeared before we know it. Almost everyone including me, ask his name to write reviews on google.

Most employees here are very very short tempered. A few are not. They give me trouble with everything. I prefer the store in Frederick.

I had a great experience at the UPS Store at Olney, MD thanks to Spencer. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me with sending an international mail. He took the time to explain the process, ensured all the paperwork was in order, and provided excellent customer service. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free.
