Went to this location on on 7/31 on the whim to inquire about a premium rental after the Owings Mills location disappointed me for the 2nd time. I explained my situation to Dominique and I can honestly say I have never experienced such diligent customer service at any car rental agency. In my humble opinion, she exuded such exceptional customer service that I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes and had exactly what I needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you and I will go to this location ONLY from here on out, once Dominique is there, for rentals when needed.

We reserved a SVU weeks in advance from the Enterprise in Reisterstown, MD. We went to pick it up the night before our trip when they told us they had no cars or SVUs for us. Then the staff were absolutely rude and we left pissed off. This sucks because we live in Reisterstown and the only other option is the BWI airport. We choose Alamo always when we go there. Enterprise sucks!! Don't believe their commercials.

Reisterstown Enterprise location, both Manager and staff are par non the BEST I have seen to date and I rent enterprise all over the United States! Big Thumbs up!

Professional team from confirmation phone call prior to rental through check in and check out. Courteous, well spoken and kind. Definitely will rent from Enterprise again

I rented a car this past weekend. I had a rental reservation for pickup @ 12 pm and wasn't ready until 1:00 pm. I was given an upgrade for my inconvenience. Upon returning the vehicle, I had to call and request a receipt. After reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for Fuel. I called and my credit card was adjusted for the difference because I had a picture of the fuel gauge upon pickup and a picture of the fuel gauge after drop off. Someone automatically assumed that the Vehicle was on Full but it wasn't. Word of Advice: Check your receipt thoroughly, Take Pictures of the Outside of the Vehicle and the Fuel Gauge. The vehicle was nice, clean and very good on gas!

I had an insurance claim for $50 daily, which gave me access to an Audi A3, that was loaded and just a great car for a rental car.

My experience with Enterprise on main Street was phenomenal I highly recommend this facility to anyone Dominic and the whole staff was phenomenal couldn't ask for a better experience
