“From out of the area, had a tire issue, went to two prior shops in the area and they couldn’t squeeze me in or give time of day to fix it. Pull up here, got me in, diagnosed, new tire on and out within an hour or so. Polite and expedient. Appreciate their service and willingness to help.”
“Went to DADS Garage for new tires and an oil change. There was a slight hiccup with the order of the tires, but they were very apologetic, and rectified it on the next visit. Communication at mechanic shops can sometimes be lacking, but these guys were great. I fully recommend them!”

We have since moved to Florida and have yet to find an auto care business that measures up to Family Auto. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and even showed us the damaged part that needed replacing. “If you want an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond. High Tech (HT) 1.0 and 2.0 are where it is at. They are my regular go to when I can’t do the work myself (usually cuz I don’t have time) and I want quality work completed. No matter the issue they know ways to resolve it and make it run again or make it road worthy. Sad they are selling their shop but glad there is HT 2.0 when this one closes one day. Until then, they do it all and you will be pleased with the work. Try them out and enjoy having less issues with your car.”
“My wife and I have been coming here for over 20 years for routine scheduled maintenace and repairs. Tommy has been our mechanic. He is thorough and he stands by his work. He will not sell you something that you don't need. He has a lot of experience, but he does not overcharge for it. If you have a vehicle with unreliable parts, ask him to replace the parts with something reliable. He has flexible vehicle drop off and pick up. You should call to make an appointment before going there.”
“Took my car for a oil change and decided to get a tuneup and they were able to fix me in. Really liked how they checked my brakes and was honest about not needing them right now. “I would 10/10 recommend them. The customer service and spot on. They were easy to book and got me in and out in an hour for a replacement of my wind shield. Everyone was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We will be returning for future repairs. We already book another one of our vehicles for repairs. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I quoted somewhere else , and got a quote double of what Avery’s was charging. You get a bang for your buck without sacrificing quality.”
