Tiffany is great. She made a call to the postmaster for us about our mail not being delivered. Excellent service. Not sure why there's a mix up but they are definitely trying to fix it. 12/26

Tracker says my package was delivered to local post office, location shows it at the post office, yet they still said it’s not there. Now I have to wait another day (very inconvenient).

The Postal Service Clerk at the front was on their cell while handling customers - needs to go to customer service training.I would give a lower rating, but the male Postal Service Clerk had excellent customer service.
