I been coming to this 7 eleven over 10yrs .. Excellent Staff & Customer Service is great..
I pay my bills here & never had a issue with it.

I made a purchase, I usually do credit but on the screen it asked for my pin, I then asked for gas and again my pin was needed that has never happened before so I asked why is it asking for my pin the cashier (a woman) laughed and said she doesn’t know I just put my pin in again and wouldn’t you know 2 days later I received an email asking did I want to change my pin since I tried 15 times and apparently didn’t remember my pin, that was not me, I had no idea what my bank was talking about but I immediately remembered my experience at this 7/11 so be careful if you didn’t request to use your pin and it automatically pops up BEWARE!

No automatic fresh coffee machine

Roaches, old food and no workers. The soda and slurpee machine is infected with roaches. The food bar always has old food that should not be sold. The machine themselves have not been cleaned in a while. The people working here are not happy and no experience on the register. The tall gentleman who work over night treats you like you are on his time and rude. Used to be a go to place but looks as if it could close any day.

I'm not happy with a purchase I've made this evening at the 7 eleven at 6106 oxon hill road. Store #11683. The sign posted was for a mountain dew/ Canada dry soda mix and match. My sodas ring up for 2.99 a piece. Misleading signage. I am a rewards member. Please help, also they have homeless people sleeping in the store.

They never ever have money orders , the machine is always broken and they can’t provide a turn around time for when it will be fixed… Big in inconvenience
