This is a nice looking store, however the customer service is horrible. Long lines. Only 1 register open. They ask for a phone number to deceptively sign you up for their store loyalty program. Meanwhile tons of employees standing around just watching the 1 register that’s open.

Idk if it was the day or the shift but went in had an employee , actually two look at me right in my face and did not greet me or ask if I needed help in the aerie section of the store. Customer service is a no at this location.

If you are not white people, don’t expect any good services. The girls there only greet and say welcome to white women. They even did not look at me nor say a word. I was struggling to find stuffs and they did not offer any help, just ignored me.

I absolutely love this stone they have the BEST Jeans with the RIGHT fit especially for us curvy girls ? I had the BEST first class experience from Deonna Cain she went above and beyond to help find the perfect style for my body type although they didn't have them in stone she ordered and had them delivered to my home at bo additional cost. Thanks again Deonna for making me feel like I spent a MILLION Bucks ?

10/30/21 Did some shopping here and saw some nice clothing, but nothing that I needed. I wasn't really into hoodies either. I watched my wife find a sweater she liked, and I thought it was a good choice. The green gap sweater looked good on her. There was a yellow Gap sweater my wife liked too. Her friend like the yellow and I liked the green. Ultimately my wife is going to be the one to wear the sweater, not us. We saw some other sweaters near the checkout lane. Both my wife and I saw these sweaters, but thought they were a little to loud. Next time I am here, I might see something I would like to get.

First of all, the store is a mess. There are clothes everywhere & it take forever to sift through everything to find your size. Then, once you finally find the sizes you are looking for, they inform you that all dressing rooms are closed. They advise everyone to purchase everything they want, go down the mall & try the items on in a public restroom, then come return the items they don't want. If they are concerned about COVID, I would think that is a bigger risk than opening their own dressing rooms! I purchased multiple pairs of jeans for my daughter, took her down the mall to try them on, & decided to return all of them. While I took my daughter to another store, I asked my husband to go return the jeans. I gave him the receipt and the card I purchased them with. He went all the way back to AE, waited in a long line, got about 90% through the return & then the clerk wouldn't let him return the items because his ID didn't match my credit card. So, he had to walk all the way through the mall to find me & then I had to go back to AE again to go return the items. I told the manager what a ridiculous policy that was. He insinuated that I was wrong & that would have never happened. I asked him why they wouldn't take the return from my husband then & he had no answer. All this because they wont open their dressing rooms. I will never return to AE again. Horrible service & such a hassle.
