I had front end damage to my 2022 Toyota. All of the staff from the front desk staff, to JP who went over all of my damages and how long it would take to Brian, who contacted me for pick up were great and had excellent customer service. I received regular text updates while they had my car. They have a partnership with the Enterprise National Harbor up the street and I was picked up to get my rental car and dropped back off at Caliber when my car was ready. My car looks amazing. They even did some slight detailing before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend their services.

Sorry, I didn't get before pictures, but this is one of the after pictures. See??, no evidence of the T-bone accident which damaged the entire passenger door, tire frame,... etc!

This place is a nightmare. I came in for some minor scratches on my car, and now I left with all kinds of problems. Please, please, please stay away from this place; it is a disappointment. They will use your car for a joy ride, cause more issues that your car did not have, and install the wrong tire sizes, and all the above. Please, I am begging you, do not go to this place. I am dealing with more issues than what they were supposed to fix. Unprofessional environment; if you want to go back there 10 times after you have picked up your car, good luck. This place should be audited for poor workmanship, poor customer service, and poor management.

Went there on the first recommendation and wanted to try out Caliber to see how good their work was after seeing that shop and riding pass it day after day.
