My wife and I visited the Croc STORE at National Harbor and were assisted by Larry. The store was a great stop but it was the personal attention from Larry that made the day standout. I went to the Crocs store yesterday at Tanger looking for some platform Crocs. Rikki greeted me and helped me find the Crocs I was looking for. She even helped with the jibbitz. She practically knew what kind they had at the store by heart lol. Rikki was very welcoming and pleasant. Great experience!

I was in town visiting friends and went to the outlets. When I came in, Rikki and Jordyn were super helpful. I definitely enjoyed my experience and will be visiting when I am back in town.

Great experience! Went there for the first time with my Mom and was impressed by Larry's exceptional performance. While in talks, he immediately recognized that she was a new customer unfamiliar with the store and took her under his care by showing her what the store had to offer. Just observing them, I could tell she had a fun, exciting time and really loved the items that they picked out. Not to mention, he was very knowledgeable about, even promoted, the active deals, making sure we got the best value for our dollars. Truly, I believe he should be celebrated, not hated (-and I left this comment for a reason) for a job well done! Finally, I want to laud Caelyn(?) for her sociableness during our encounter. Will definitely be returning soon!

I went to the Crocs store to return a pair of shoes and Rikki helped me out. She was so pleasant and made the whole process quick and easy. There were no issues at all and she had such a great attitude. It’s always nice when someone makes things feel simple and stress free. Really appreciated her help.
