This Store(Dollar General, Eastover,)is Is The Worst Story.. Always just 1 Register working employees on cell phone, while people just walk out store stealing every day, I ask One of the Employees that was sit down behind registers is there something she can do to help her co-worker to help get this long line down(instead of just sitting there on her Cell phone, She told me to call Corporate,)... Corporate Needs to Come Evaluate This Store ASAP, Our Community Doesn't Need to see another store Close..

If you wake up early, this DG is stocked and you beat the loitering crowds, it’s not bad. Any other time of the day - dasher DoorDash nightmare.

Very unsafe, even if you go early in the morning. People are hanging out right at the door. You may even caught a few staff members standing amongst the crowd.

I had a recently terrible experience at this location just today. I believed i was not only harassed, but racially profiled at this place. i was going to get some cat food and other supplies when i was approached by a skinny gentleman with dreads asking"what was in my bag?" Apparently,he thought i was stealing. the items he claimed i was putting in my pocket i had in my hand in plain view. After that, a security guard stepped up behind me. After the dreaded one had his chest puffed up and in fighting stance mode, the guard held my hands while the dreaded one unzipped my jacket only to find i had nothing else on me. I was then escorted out of the store. This was very embarrassing and totally uncalled for. I will be sure to not EVER shop in there again. And if anyone happens to know a great lawyer who would not mind taking this case, please contact me ASAP.

They have 2 price for same products, when I ask for help, the man standing front of door void me, make me uncomfortable to buy product and I left the store

Dollar General has been the only store that still sells the 5 pack miniature candy (Snickers, Almond Joy, Reese's Cup, Mr. Goodbar, York Peppermint Patties), all costing $1.00 a pack. This store was clean, stocked with merchandise, the cashiers were very pleasant and answered my question when I asked if they participated in the OTC program. I did not get a chance to compare prices to other products and merchandise, but I will do so on my next visit. I was very pleased with my visit. I travel by public transportation on the P12 (Eastover) or D12 (Suitland) from Southern Avenue Metro Station.

The worst Dollar General in Maryland..hands down!And if you call corporate or send email..they don't even care to answer you back...store is never stocked right,one cashier with line damn near to back of store ,and don't try calling..nobody answers! But the thing that gets me hot is cashier's stealing money right in front of customers! .. and keeping your bags so you forgot what you brought then when you come back for lost item..they don't know what you talking bout...waste of money time and energy going to this location..DONT DO IT!

Don't like to be followed around in any storegood thing I drive I can go further out and dont have to deal with that. I feel sorry for the people who have to use the storeI know I won't be back
