The store had most stuff in stock but not nearly everything like they should’ve. I don’t know why the cashier acted like his hands were broken or as if I worked there ….i had to empty my own hand cart out onto the counter so HE can scan my items 🤔never been to a dollar general that did this.. just weird I’ll for sure go to another

I love this staff and they love us back. Especially the general manager. You can tell he sets a tone of café and professionalism. Always helpful no matter how busy the store is. You all are doing a wonderful job.

I’ve been noticing lately every time I go there like today there is a lady with a bad attitude and that is not good at all. I don’t know if she’s having personal problems or a bad day but this is happening mostly the time I go. So she needs to try to be nice or have a good attitude, cause the rest of the employees they’re really nice. They have a good attitude even the manager. He’s a great person, but this lady I don’t know what’s wrong with her and I don’t like to do this, but I feel I have to post this.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The cashiers are extremely rude, unprofessional, and show zero respect — especially toward Spanish-speaking customers. They act like helping customers is a burden. The store is a complete mess, shelves are often empty, and nothing is organized. It’s shocking how poorly managed this place is. I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Very convenient store with a decent variety or products..the staff is always nice and polite to me in any circumstance..especially the brown skin girl with the ponytail and the pretty lips that’s always in the front..lol I need her number😜

I honestly have 0 complaints about the staff that works there currently, HOWEVER the “powers that be” over the store manager should feel ashamed. The higher ups should come in on a day where it’s a busy truck day to see why product gets out slower than normal.The age limit is already 21 and Maryland already underpays for minimum wage. The problem is not the location or the employees. The PROBLEM IS ANYONE other than the hiring manager(they can only do but so much!). The higher ups need to come in to make some changes, SERIOUSLY.I love coming to this location because they have everything a person could need, but how could anyone stay if there if a lack of staff and funds? If you all need employees, then think about getting rid of nicotine items. It’s a lot of kids that need jobs. Plus in the Oxon Hill area you can buy nicotine within a mile away from the next spot.Sorry if I came off mean, but ahout out to ALL the workers at the Oxon Hill location, the one near Oxon Hill High School! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and makes me feel wanted to shop. Please reward this location!!!

3 years ago i wrote a review about it being clean and organized, I'm rewriting this review 1/23/23. So disappointed. This store slowly went down hill, the employee are always nice and helpful, but the store is a mess I couldn't even take a cart and use it in the store there were boxes everywhere. Unpacked inventory, trash on the floors. I couldn't even get down some of the aisles.

This store was so ghetto the lights are so dim you can barely see the products. The customer service was aboslutely ridicilous the clerk couldnt get off her phone long enough to do her job with the line wrapped around into the isle. He phone was way to important to put down and help people spending thier money. I would have reported her to her manager but He was standing right there and never said a word. GHETTO

Just walked in today to grab some cigarettes I know this isn't the most classy spot but I don't think that calls for the employees to be rude during my transaction a "woman" in a wig with long nails so rudely demand of me as if I was an employee that I "better not slide my money across the counter like that next time " I was so in shock to be told by an employee in that manner I feel no one should be treated with disrespec by some one who is at work
