For some reason I didn't know there was a dollar tree in this neighborhood but I stopped in because I had a few minutes before my hair appointment I don't understand why this location has poor reviews the store was super clean neat well organized and well stocked I mean let's be honest this is a busy area and it's no way to keep the shelves extremely stocked unless they have a army of people and well all know companies are no longer doing that so yes things will run low or out but it's was really nice and the staff was nice 😊 I found what I was looking for with ease the cashier was very attentive and nice

I am a faithful Dollar Tree shopper and I like to go to different locations to see if they have anything different. I can tell you that this location is the most organized, cleanest, and customer driven location in the area!! Most locations have you squeezing between the shipment carts and the shelves, while trying to find items in a catastrophe of clutter. I truly appreciate the dedication with in this store. Anyone that has a problem in this locations is most likely the problem themselves, unfortunately. Thank you Dollar tree in Eastover shopping center!! See you next time!
I forgot my cashier's name.. it started with a Q. He was very pleasant with all smiles and pointed out the new solar lights I love so much! The entire staff was very nice.

I went to this store on June 8, 2024 and the store was fifty items all over the floor liquid was on the floor without any floor signs saying caution ⚠️ shopping carts full of items near the checkout counter, counters are sticky with spill wast on it loud boom box playing can here the cashier due to loud music pure madness. This store need a good management team to get this store in order immediately the worst store in the US.

I'm not sure if this Dollar Tree is on the verge of going out of business or if they are just short staffed but for almost a year now, they have not really had hardly anything stocked on the shelves in almost the whole store. Sometimes a few items will fill out the shelves for the holidays, but the other main areas of the store just do not have anything. I assume part of the problem is theft but it's disappointing since you normally expect that you can just pop into the Dollar Tree and get $20-$40 of inexpensive decent quality goods with a reasonable selection. Here it's really slim pickings. I used to come here for quick hit items that I didn't feel like going into the nearby Giant foodstore for, but now I just walk in and walk out empty-handed and am kind of forced to go to Giant. I hope it doesn't go out of business because I think the community over there needs this store as a resource, but to all good things come an end. You can't make sales if the shelves are empty.

where do i go to put in an complaint. It’s still store hours and the workers there said that the store manager left and will be back in 30mins until then can’t let nobody in. it been 45mins and y’all got all these ppl still waiting to come into the establishment. It 2 workers and no store manager. At least put a sign up or something. Just y’all ppl standing around for nothing.

Nope ? not worth going in.. lines are always long ... Always dirty .. I don't see how people work there to be honest ? I went there to find a calendar and found something nice ?.. long lines though ..
