Dear Dollar Tree Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at one of your store locations on the evening of Saturday, June 14. Oven hill next to Safeway
Upon arriving, I found the store unexpectedly closed. It appeared the staff had decided to shut down early, not due to an emergency or technical issue, but seemingly to avoid work. One of the employees present—a gentleman wearing a cap—was particularly dismissive and rude when approached. His behavior reflected a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered poor customer service at this location. The consistent lack of respect and disregard for customers is concerning and reflects poorly on the Dollar Tree brand.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I truly hope future experiences at your stores will reflect the values your company stands for.

Besides the arrogant management the shelves aren't stocked boxes in aisles lines are long 2 registers open only and now prices more than $1 you can get certain things you want but cheaply made

This location was average. It had what I needed which were birthday cards, but they were behind on stocking and had boxes in almost every aisle in the middle of the day. I will go back b/c it's dollar tree.

Don’t bother to go here. Nobody likes to do there job. The manager will strictly tell his workers not to do certain things or allow customers to do returns etc ,because it’s too much to do in the system and he doesn’t like the process. Why work if you don’t want do a duty you have to. It was an older short lady there when I went who was content with that which is unprofessional. It’s a damn dollar store why make things hard just do your job.

Deplorable at best. If it was for convenience and being close by, I wouldn't bother going. I prefer to go up 210 or somewhere in VA. The establishment is just hood.

Went to get vday balloons and the manager says he won’t know if he can put them up until Monday. The store is always unorganized and in disarray. People have things to do during the week and can only get things down on the weekend and he wants to wait to allow Valentine day balloon purchases …even if this is upper managements decision, it’s poor….Laurel store is much more organized and already have balloons for purchase out

The worst dollar tree ever the store have nothing on the shelves loud go go music playing on a register counter it so nasty and disgusting no shopping cart or carry carts need new store manager or close it down.
