We are located on Southern Ave, just south of Wheeler Rd and a convenient trip for those near the Washington Highlands area. We aim to serve our community with convenient, flexible options to fit any storage unit need. We welcome those in need of long-term storage, such as military personnel, as well as those in need of a standard storage unit for personal belongings.
I have had my unit since the end of 2018-till now. Several times I have tried to contact them about my rental increase. I miss Mr. Scott who was very efficient. I am a long-term customer, and I am trying to figure out why is it taking them so to contact me? I have called 3 times with no response whatsoever.
