Fedex delivery contractors NEVER ring doorbell, so package sits on front porch for thieves to grab and no free parking at National Harbor for pick up or dropping off a package. Lose lose situation when dealing with FedEx ... thank God for UPS delivery. They always knock n ring doorbell when a delivery is made.

Inconvenient location. Sign on the door said they’d be back in 15 minutes, waited 35 before giving up, walking all the way back to my car, and then driving to a location further away (which would have been faster than the time I wasted at this location).

This is the most inconvenient location I've ever been to. It's one of two FedEx locations in this area and the.other is in the Gaylord hotel. You have to park in the MGM garage, take the elevator to the casino, walk through all the shops, take the escalator up to the ballroom then down the hall behind the ballroom.
