Employee last for digits of cashier number 9959 Ms. Virginia if that’s your name you’re rude and it’s quite sad. Walk in on 11/30/22 to make a zma purchase (body builder here) & they didn’t seem to have the brand I usually buy. She asked me was I looking for something and I explained to which I got nothing but attitude “were sold out!” I’m like ok I’ll get the gnc brand I guess. Get’s to the register “do you have a membership?” I explain I do but not a paid one “that’s a membership that’s what that is” yelling and rolling her eyes. At this point I’m like what did I the consumer do & also trying to keep myself in check. I inserted my card and it was taking longer than usual and when I said I think it’s frozen “it’s not!” Transaction goes through and I ask for a receipt “I was gonna do that anyway! I’m doing it now!” Rolls eyes again. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here and I may just stick to amazon for all of my supplement needs. I don’t get yelled at constantly while spending money for no reason from my web browser.

I drove out of my way to this GNC location, arrived at 747, and the door was locked. The sign on the door states that this location closes at 8pm, yet when I tried to enter the employee just looked away and ignored me and continued talking with his customer (or friend) who was inside. Perhaps hire someone who actually wants to work and service their customers who drive 20 min out of their way vs. someone who is locking people out and stealing company time. By the looks of the reviews here, this is not a first occurrence either. Please do better.

My wife and I went into Leon was very knowledgeable and he provided the best customer service. Michelle the cashier assisted with saving money and provided us with upgrading our membership. If you are in the DMV area this is the place to go. Oh, I forgot that they don't want you purchasing anything that is not good for you.

Got to the door at 7:50pm and the door was locked. Employee simply standing at the register pretending he did not hear someone try to open the door.Absolutely unacceptable and should be treated as wage theft by the employer. Last time I shop at any GNC.Horrible customer service, especially given how you guys are reliant on us to keep you in business!

The customer service was spot on. The associate was a young guy I didn't get his name but he was maybe in his early 20s. This guy very knowledgeable about the products & explained to me how to use it. He was very polite & patient. Also, answering every question I had with great detail. Before I left the store with my products he made sure I knew how to use them. I have been to this location multiple times but this young was spot on. GNC needs definitely recognize him, satisfied customer

I discovered I was out of preworkout on my way to the gym and googled the nearest GNC. Leon was super helpful and patient! His customer service, as well as product knowledge was top notch. Thank you!

Someone need to change the hours of operations on the website it says that the store closes at 9pm, I arrived at the location (store) at 8:12pm the doors were closed and locked. There were 2 store clerks inside neither one would come to the door to offer me any explanation on why the doors were locked, they both just stood there and ignored me. It would not have hurt either one of them to come to the door with an explanation or to inform me that the store hours online were not right. To me that wasn't a unacceptable experience, that I was treated like I didn't matter and a bad customer service!! It's not like I live 2 minutes away!! I hope that they handle things a little different for the next possible customer!!
