Do not get your appliances at Home Depot. They send out appliances that have been packed damaged and do not want to exchange them or help you out. I received a dishwasher that had no damage to the outside box or the packaging and the door and inside were bent and they insisted I had to go through GE the manufacturer. GE service inspected it and found it had been damaged inside and the whole unit needs to be replaced. I'll never shop at Home Depot again. You pay good money and they don't want to do the right thing.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a home depot. Employees too busy talking to each other and not worried about the customer. I asked for help on loading some material they just brushed it off and didn' thelp at all, even after the cashier called for help. They need to take some notes and learn from the germantown home depot 2560.

I work once in awhile at Georgia ave and when I do I stop at El Aguila. This is my second time on a Friday and Mr. Oscar has out done bars on Georgia ave. Don't take my word come and check it out yourself.

At this point I'm the Queen of reviewsI went to the home Depot in oxon hill md this morning to look for screws to mount a tv I waited over 30 minutes for help then asked to speak to a manager who referred me to a lady who didn't work in that department as she's trying her best to help me the guy that they called several times to help me calls her instead of coming to help me mind you I WAITED OVER 30 MINUTESI will say that the store is fully stocked but they really need a upgrade with customer service

Not all but some of the employees lack serious customer service skills. Employee is walking down the aisle and putting away returns. I asked the lady did she know anything about an item. And she says "No.", while prepared to keep walking. How about, "What's your question?" "Let's find someone who can help." Just a "No." and ready to just walk off. I been coming in the Home Depot since I purchased my home July 2022 and it been 60% bad, 40% good. If thier prices weren't lower than Lowes (where I worked for years), and I didn't live closer, I would not be coming on Home Depot.

Horrible experience:I am an independent contractor and have been supporting Home Depot for over twenty years, I spend about a quarter of a million dollars yearly through numerous stores. However, my vehicle was involved in a hit and run at this parking lot last week at the Home Depot in Oxon hill, when I noticed I asked the store manager and the observation team (after obtaining a police report) to please review the video footage and provide my any details that could help. Fast forward three days later, after they promised they would reach out to me, I went back to the store to ask for an update, and I was told there’s no update, that they do not have the time to check for that, that their importance is the “inside” of the store. I will not be shopping here again, terrible customer service and customer care.

Customer service is consistently horrible!!!If you found stuff you were looking for on the upper shelf, don’t bother to ask anyone to help you get it off the shelf, just go straight to another store, it will be much faster, than waiting for someone to show up with a fork lift. Most of the workers are dragging their feet like they are being held here against their will. Cashiers are rude and haughty.

This used to be a decent store, much nicer than the one in DC. After my first time back in a few years I think I will look elsewhere. Two of the items I was looking for were not in stock despite the website saying they were, and nothing on my list was where the website said it should be according to aisle/bay, sometimes not even in the listed aisle. Employees seemed mostly indifferent.

That one store associate Ethan was not only handsome but very helpful and answered all of the questions I had.. this is by far the best customer service I received at an home depot store!! please make him a store manager or something !!
