This is the absolute worst target in the DMV. Horrible customer service. The only people who smile are the AT&T reps in the back of the store but then they follow you down the aisle to sell a phone. I’ll keep driving to Alexandria

I've been doing a bit of pick up orders and hands down it exceeded my expectations. The woman, Angie, who brings out the orders makes the whole hassle-free experience exactly that. Quick, precise, and pleasant.

I love Target stores in general! This location is pretty standard but I wish they had a larger grocery section with more fresh fruit/veg and refrigerated items. The store staff are friendly and always helpful with price matching, check-out, and other needs. Tip to bring your own bags! They only provide bags *after you show proof of purchase on your receipt, and they don’t play about that policy. Overall good experiences here.

This Target was a little tight getting around and no good visibility through the store, long lines at checkouts, and I would say a bit messier than average. But it's like most Targets with decent parking, decent prices, and plenty of other stores around to compare.

It makes me sad. This Target is the largest, most well stocked, amazing Target I have ever been to and... I go to different Targets a lot! The terrible part is, that this place, including the strip mall it is in, is full of very scary people. I went to use the restroom and it was full of a bunch of young adult women who were cursing, yelling banging on the wall, charging their phones, and taking a sponge bath... Hard to believe, I know. When I walked into the restroom one of them gave me a, " demon possessed look" and said something to me partially but I couldn't understand what she said; And I didn't want to ask her what she said because I could feel the distorted vibes when she said it to me.And it was all over the store- I could feel those bad vibes.And Target knows this - because when I walked in they had many security people eyeing me. I have never been to a Target before with such ramped up security. I would be very nervous to come back here.. Good thing this isn't my neighborhood Target. A very big variety of awesome things I've never seen at any other Target though.

I’ve been going to this target for a little over a year now and it has its pros and cons. Firstly the staff are very quick (to my knowledge),when opening locked away items and helping locate things. Second the lines aren’t very long and the store isn’t typically busy, making shopping more easier. In addition the building itself is a nice size and has a nice design/layout. However, items seem to never be in stock in comparison to other stores. Besides that it’s a cool place to shop especially if you’re in the area.

I brought some slippers for my mother for Christmas from here, on December 22nd needless to say they were too big, I went to exchange them for a smaller size on December 27th...I was told that that they don't do exchange, and that I couldn't do a refund because there was no tag on the slippers.. the she proceeded to tell me that they don't ever carry this item and that the slippers look like they have been worn... I said if they were worn then you sold them to me that way and I got them off the rack not 10 feet from the register...So instead of arguing with this person, I went a brought another pair of the slippers that were the right size and put the tags on my slippers and took them back to that same lady for a return...She said I know what you did, I didn't deny it, if you would have done the exchange in the first place then I wouldn't have needed to do that, you got a problem with that call the police.I would love to sue target over a 20 dollar purchase... you was in the wrong from the begin... believe me I will be writing the corporate office..But I had to jump through hoops just to get the product that I spent my money on. I had no intention of being dishonest until I was treated like I was being dishonest.It's always our own people that causes us the most problems...I've been in this target in Oxon Hill 3 times in the last 2 years, every time there is an issue.
