Check-in is very quick and easy with the smartphone scanners. The staff is also very courteous.

If I could give them no stars I would. This location needs to be shut down. First of all it’s infested with spotted lantern flies. Which I’ve reported. Secondly, the office seemed understaffed and there is no real system in place. They were just calling people back and not going according to appointments scheduled. All the staff and I mean all three ladies had nasty attitudes. I was there for two and a half hours and they did not refrigerate my specimen as it should have been. It was left out in a heated room along with other specimens.
To top it all off, there was absolutely no privacy and everyone that had to go to the desk tried whispering their personal information but due to the fact that people outside of patients could come in the office and sit right at the desk while staff was assisting another patient boils my blood. Plenty of HIPAA violations took place and I will be in contact with them as well.

I had an appointment on May sixteenth to have some blood drawn for me. I have a bad bruise and pain in that area where the blood was drawn from me. It is now May 22 the bruise and pain is still there. Stay away from Oxon Hill labcorp

Worst run medical office I’ve been to. Most
Labcorps have terrible reviews so I ignored these, but this is not the place you want to be stuck and extra hour and a half when you’re appointment runs late like they all do here. Appointment times mean nothing. Staff is indifferent at best.
Facility is gross - overheated, tiny overcrowded waiting room - they say you can wait outside and they will text you when they are ready for you, but I still had to wait 45 minutes after being checked in stuck inside. Cesspool of germs.

Receptionist was rude crude and disrespectful. I will soon find another location and hopefully they are more professional and polite. I would post a picture of the young lady but I don’t want to invade her privacy.

Over an hour wait for an employment drug screen. The process itself took 4 minutes. They do not go in the order in which you arrive despite what the receptionist will tell you. Always a negative experience regardless of the local location or state.

It's quite disappointing and unprofessional when your business hours state you close at 4 PM, and I arrive at 3:57 PM only to find you closed. I rushed from work to make it on time, and it was frustrating to see that you weren't adhering to your advertised hours. Where have all the good businesses gone?

I see why they only have a 2.7 star rating. Very unprofessional, unorganized. No one greets you when you walk in but two people sit up front. If more techs are needed. HIRE. But people shouldn’t be waiting for over an hour with or without an appointment for a drug test/lab work etc. people take time off and in between work breaks. This is why areas like this have a bad reputation. The one in Rockville and silver spring doesn’t operate like this. Should have went with my first instinct. Ridiculous.

Oxon Hill Labcorp was convenient but never again. Appointment was scheduled at 9:30 am and it’s now 10:40 am and I am still waiting to be seen. This location is ALWAYS understaffed and hot. The waiting room is always crowded with limited seating. The technicians are polite but over worked. I am a hard stick and the last time I was here, I was able to walk right in to be served. It took two techs and 8 sticks to fill three tubes of blood. This will be my last time at this facility. Future visitors, please take the ride the Brandywine or Waldorf locations because this location is terrible.

I visited LabCorp Oxon Hill Location Fort Washington MD, to get blood drawn. The location was convenient , clean and cool on a very hot day. The staff greeted me with a smile and directed me to the auto registration which I thought was a great idea to save time. My blood was taken by a very professional staff.

This was a sad day for my clients that needed a blood draw this aide comes out calling everyone by their first names the take him in take the needle and wiggle it twice and then throw the vials on the Flo I immediately got up and requested another aide ver sad experience
