Saturday May 6th. Closed. Store hours is a joke. Drove all the way from St. Mary's Maryland 70mi away, only to find out that they are closed on a Saturday at 6pm, they should be open as stated on their sign. So apparently they close the whole store for their "break". As they opened back up, this store person now begins mocking as a walked into the store, for taking pictures of their store hours sign. Guess what.. this is not the first time this happened, check the reviews.

I'm not sure if this location's hiring process is a joke, but this store does nothing for the brand. Aside from it being closed at random times, the management is rude. This is not the customer service you get from the Woodbridge location. If you are going to be rude, at least have a decent selection of items, this visit was a waste. At least the Ralph Lauren was near. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Seems this is a rude joke. Store hours mentioned “ 11 AM-9 PM”. I went at 6:30 PM and the guy working there (the only employee I saw) said he was closing. A year later I went at 5 and found it closed although store hours said it is open till 9. What a farce

Ashley was outstanding her customer service skills are unmatched. Very professional and polite. She went out her way to make sure my points were logged to my account, which previous customer service representative didn't do. If I can give 6 stars I would.

Very poor selection and no fitting room. To be precise, the fitting room is "full of boxes" (supposedly), and so the staff won't let you try anything on. For this reason, they say, they will allow one return exchange in lieu of their normal policy of all sales being final. But because the choices are so few -- the store really has very little merchandise, and only odd things and in only a few random sizes -- you are likely to scramble to figure out what to take in exchange if you do end up having to return something that doesn't fit. Plus, you cannot try it on. I suspect the claim about the fitting room must have other reasons, such as fears of shoplifting or something like that. It is an infuriating place to shop, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

So I drove an hour to come visit this store today and there’s a sign in the window that says closing at 4pm (on a Friday) when the hours are listed as closing at 7pm. This is yet another example of poor customer service.

Great staff. Generally a slight, slight selection but I have been lucky on most occasions. Temper your expectations and all will be good.

Drove a bit ti gwr here. Store is closed at 1pm Sunday but hours say otherwise. Phone number doesn't work either
