I always went to Khols for Levi's jeans, but now I know another place to go. The Levi's store doesn't really save you much money and doesn't carry many shorts. They have a good deal on Belts buy one get one.

Today, we visited the Lacoste store to buy men's clothing, but our experience was less than we expected. The woman working in the men's section did not seem friendly or helpful. Instead of offering support, she appeared uninterested and hard to approach. Seeing such poor customer service in a store known for its quality products was disappointing. The company would benefit from hiring staff with better people skills and a friendlier attitude. This would improve the shopping experience for customers.

I was there 4/5/24 afternoon. Customer service of our cashier wasn’t good. When I asked about deals, she seemed very annoyed.Upon checking out, she asked for my email address, I declined. She asked for it again and asked why I don’t want to put my email address.. I told her that I just want a paper receipt. Then she told me that their receipt machine is broken so I HAVE to put email address. (Because if i can’t get receipt how I’m gonna do exchange if I needed right?)So I put my email address, but when my payment was going thru, her hand is already on the receipt machine ready to grab a paper receipt. Then she said “ haha, looks like it’s working now.”Idk if employees get points or something for getting customers email address, but I did not appreciate her behavior.

Very friendly and competent staff! I come from Europe and they helped me a lot to buy jeans for my husband who was not there with me. With their help, I chose the jeans and they perfectly fit him! Very happy, hope to come back soon! ?

You only ever really get to see a Levi's Store in one of these types of outlet malls. Unless you happen to be in an area with a ton of foot traffic. I was happy to see this here as I needed some specific clothes.With the work training we always have a themed type banquet and this one just happened to involve denim and what better place to get some denim than to come here. I wasn't looking for anything top of the line, so I was hoping that I might be able to find something in the clearance section. I really wasn't happy with the theme and it being the hottest part of the summer.I came in and there weren't many people in here which made for shopping to be an easy task. I was really happy to have found not only a pair of pants, but a shirt. One stop and I was done with my outfit for this upcoming banquet.However, I needed to try them on before I actually bought them. This was a bit confusing in here. The fitting rooms are locked, but no one is around to unlock. Even though you are in full view of the checkout where an employee is stationed. After finally being let into the fitting room, I was able to make sure I got the right size. Satisfied with my selection, I made my way to pay. At the register I gave them an email address that gave me an extra percentage off the already low sales price. Kind of a nice stop.

Obviously the lady working at check-out counter couldn’t either read or understand “buy one get one free” sign properly. I tried to explain what I saw, but she insisted on “30% off” and refused to check it out. I’m sincerely sorry to witness her lack of proper education on how to serve customers.
