MGM has really stepped up a lot. I remember coming here and did NOT have a great time. This was years ago though. Everything was better this time around. The room, service, food, literally everything lolol. I like the little Christmas designs they had up, forgot to take a photo of it blehhhh. I love the casino since it has Craps but they try to jack up the prices for the table minimum to 50 bucks smh. Luckily you can just head over to the digital craps and play for 5 bucks on certain days . Really happy with what they did to this casino

The Mgm was a amazing Hotel super nice and the service was 5 stars. I got to enjoy most of the amenities and I will tell you about each. The first thing that amazed me was the room it was really nice and modern and the shower was wonderful. The Steak house was good a little bit over priced for me and my creamed corn that came with my salmon was cold. The bar had really good food I enjoyed. The casino was nice I dont gamble that much but it was okay and Felt the club was small and crowded and they messed up on our reserved table other people was sitting there something we paid for. The staff in the club handled the issue so it ended up being okay. I ate pastries at the pastries store and they were very good overpriced but I guess that's the MGM. Overall I enjoyed myself and the MGM National Harbor experience.

Mainly 100 dollar tables? Who can afford that? And so many Baccarat tables. I would have loved to play a 25$ table but felt like they didn't want my money $25 at a time. Greedy greedy greedy. You will not set the narrative on how I want to spend my money. The restaurant Ginger is in the same realm of outrageous prices. The food was fine but be warned if you get the lobster, it is so messy to eat.

We normally go to Vegas at the Bellagio but are visiting family here in the DMV area. Harley at the MGM Sports Book Lounge was the only person that made MGM National Harbor enjoyable. All other employees were uninspired and unwilling to answer basic questions. Harley went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions about the different rules here in Maryland (compared to Vegas). Harley is an outstanding employee and understands the basic principal of "treat others how you want to be treated".

I am giving 5 stars simply because I had the best interaction with a staff member. Overall this casino gave me a terrible vibe the staff I interacted with was rude. Me and my fiancé are used to vegas and were excited to visit a new MGM property. Harley at the sports book lounge made up for our experience! He was so kind and service was incredible and was a breath of fresh air. More of the MGM staff should aspire to be like Harley!

Overcrowded. Dirty. Parking is hectic to find on weekends. All the tables and games are too close to each other with no space from the next person.

A piece of Vegas luxury at the nation's capital doorstep! This is a Vegas style high end casino resort like only MGM knows how to do em'. The property is gorgeous, huge casino floor, multiple restaurants, cafés, lounges and bars. The atmosphere is electric, I checked in a Friday late afternoon and you can feel the party brewing. My room is gorgeous, spacey and has a modern feel. Looking forward to a great weekend, I want to try everything!

((3.5 stars)) I've always been disappointed in the lack of GOOD food/drink options here. (There isn't much for good eats and drinks, besides Shake Shake and Pekoe Tea Bar.) But...if you're looking for some great backdrops and indoor/outdoor scenery, this is the place to be. I think the display themes get changed out every so often/seasonally, so that's something to be mindful of. MESSAGE: Leave in good spirits. __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

We had an event here over the weekend. Every single person that works here is truly amazing. The staff is second to none. You are really treated like a person here, not a number. They all approached us with a smile and look very happy to work here. The event was wonderful, the room is beautiful, and the staff was amazing. The view was spectacular. The room was also amazing, very clean here! Everyone was super friendly and we had the best time. I highly recommend this place if you're going to have an event, or just come here for a weekend getaway. Again, it is incredible and clean everywhere you go.

Visiting DC area. Our son drove us to check out the hotel and casino. Wow' their hotel lobby is gorgeous! They had some great restaurant and food options. Their casino looked like any other casino. Lots of people gambling. We walked around their garden area- stunning eye candy! We stopped for some Boba teas at Pekoe. Cool space and great service. With good drinks.

I didn't win but this is a very clean casino compared to Vegas and California. There isn't a fee to park. They check id and purses upon entry. There are wipes throughout. I love that it's non smoking, the air was very fresh. Beautiful hotel lobby.

It was my first time being here and it was a blast. Didn't know MGM had a place like this in Maryland. The layout was fantastic and hit every sense as you walk in. There's a nice lounge/bar on the second floor with live music going. Alicia Keys was the spotlight in the theatre and the casino was popping with a strong energy of people trying their luck. There's plenty of table games and slot machines for those that want similar Vegas action. The restaurants were also descent and the bakery at the entrance of the casino is a good one to stop by either on your way in or your way out. The service staff are pleasant and the crews working the tables had the right vibe. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

Had a work meeting here. Really nice compact set up of hotel conference rooms restaurants shops casinos - in the heart of DC with historic sites visible without leaving the property. Making it from the 16th floor back to the conference rooms for our meeting was super fast and convenient; the same could be said for our dinners where we had reserved out restaurants for our group. There was one bedroom design feature I felt that could be better where a low wall over hangs the bed board and when leaning over to set the alarm clock if you're over 5ft you might smack your skull. Overall though this place was amazing and did not seem like a typical casino hotel.

The hotel itself was clean and smoke free which is appreciated. It is as close to Vegas as you can get here at the DMV. The theater was smaller and looked older than I anticipated but with the large screens I can imagine seats are good anywhere except in the way back. However we had section 105 row A and we still watched the screen but not close enough to the stage. Seats were comfortable for the most part. We sat at the bar and ordered a shot. Shot was almost a double shot for $13. Not sure if that is good or bad. We had nachos and they were ok. The casino area seemed smaller than I anticipated for as big as the resort is. There were many places to eat along with a small food court which was a plus. Did not stay in a room but I saw the price and thought wow they must really need to pay a lot for the upkeep of this hotel. I'd rather not unless a deep discount is involved but then again I'd rather give $500 a night towards my mortgage about 30-45 minutes away. I do plan to visit again since free parking is another plus and hopefully see and eat more.

Stay away. They don't pay anything. They don't give free play. They are so uptight. Hopefully soon this place will be out of business Rude stuff. Rude hosts. Not friendly . Is the worst casino in the whole country.
