The dry cleaners damaged my shirt. The manager refused to accept responsibility and pay for the damage. Instead of making a scene, I'm hoping the cleaners will feel an economic impact through loss of business. This experience showed me Carousel Cleaners is only interested in siphoning money out of the African American community while damaging the clothes of loyal patrons and providing terrible customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I encourage other patrons to do the same.
