“The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.”
“I came to Planthouse Alexandria on Friday 10/11 for their Jellyfish Terrarium workshop! Had a blast with my girls and the Sangria was delicious! During the workshop introduction, it was shared that we could bring our plants in to get them repotted! I showed back Sunday morning with a cart full of all my house plants that needed to be repotted! Ally was a joy to work with the entire time! She told me what size pots I needed and even let me help with the process (new Plant mom, here). I just finished reloading all the plants back into my car and had to write this review before I pulled off. Planthouse is now officially one of my “joy destinations”! The place is beautiful, the plant and pot selections are abundant and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! 5 Stars, highly recommend! I’ll have to add pics of my new repotted plants once I get home.”
“we went here today after getting (embarrassingly) scammed from a church pumpkin patch and the staff was so nice and friendly. we got some decorative gourds and mums that all were super affordable and beautiful! if you’re looking for plants or any sort of sod, definitely make the trip out to ed’s! i’ve already told all my friends to make the trip out! ?”

“This is a small neighborhood hardware store but they keep an impressive array of hardware, tools, paint, garden, and "lifestyle" items for most DIY projects. Where the big box stores are geared to accommodate contractors, Annie's aims for the individual and their residence. Staff is always friendly, the store is well staffed for their size so there's always someone available for questions or assistance. I really appreciate a hardware store that can still operate in the neighborhood without leveling 15 acres. Factoring in my time and general frustration with large box stores, the prices for a quick trip down the street are competitive with other options.”

“Hi! I haven't been to a HD in a while, but knew this was one of the best run & well stocked from friends. Was in the neighborhood for another reason & needed Frost Covers for outside water connections, weather advisory. Stopped in on Saturday, super busy, but a fun energy, Holliday Decorations were out for Christmas- discounted early so snagged a few. Watched the little ones be so excited at the animated decorations moving & singing like being at Disney World. Garden Shop had great reductions on Flowers, so bought some season appropriate. Needed some brooms & floor cleaners, again great prices. Then the search began, Faucet Covers. Walked everywhere- no where in sight. Walked up front & a super helpful HD Employee walked up & said what do you need? I described - he says without missing a beat, back to the left, between aisles 38 & 39 in between on a display. I was skeptical but went anyway. Sure enough right where he says! Perfect experience great selection and even better prices. Thank you Biz!”
“Right off the highway on our way back to D.C. from a Richmond trip, we pulled into this Home Depot. It's exactly like all the other Home Depots with a large garden area and massive aisles of anything you need for a home project. Bathrooms are in the back, but expect some dirt inside. Customer service was helpful and friendly.”

I came in with a plan from ChatGPT for painting and patching my carport, but she encouraged me to review the brochure and double-check—smart advice. When I returned for patio paint, she had my colors saved and matched everything perfectly. I watched her assist multiple customers with professionalism and knowledge. She's efficient, helpful, and a real asset to the store.”
“Maybe l,m lete the party, l didn't realize Home Depot could match the paint color. I purchased a very specific black cabinet door sample and was trying to find the exact Black through the paper swatches in the store. I bought a paint sample and didn't really like the black l came back and gentleman, he was amazing and he told me l could find the exact mach just by using the cabinet door t. Look, customized a color the matched exactly!! I couldn't be more excited or more grateful...”
