I’m appalled and upset at the management here and how they treat their employees. Horrible!!! They fire ppl and are shady for no reason. I saw a girl get treated so bad. Her name was Ashley. They were being so mean to her. I had to stop and lift her spirit. Do not patronize this place. They don’t care about people’s basic human rights. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! The food is not that great either. They should not renew this restaurants lease.

You're getting rid of chicken parmigiana and lasagna, among other popular food items? I am guessing that you consider us customers expendable. Well, we'll come for the next 2 weeks and then that's it. I suspect you'll be closing

GIVEN A FAKE NUMBER WHEN ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR.This started as a nice experience, but ended as a not so great one due to the general manager Lydia who was pretty condescending for no reason, as we were very nice to her when speaking to her. It unfortunately made me think it was because we were an INTERRACIAL COUPLE. And even worse, I’m just seeing she gave us the incorrect number for her superior when we asked.My boyfriend selected this place. They had a pre fixe for Valentine’s Day but he’sallergic to gluten. After telling the waiter (who was so very kind and provided great service, by the way) his allergy, he brought over the regular menu and told him to choose an entrée, as a solution. This was presented as if it would be included in the regular pre fixe price, which was $150 per couple. Instead they charged us $75+ $135. Our sever was great and I didn’t want to blame him but I do think he should’ve told us they would charge full price for the entree. I also think Lydia could’ve been more understanding and not so short and cold. We were very kind. When we asked if the $60 could be refunded she just flat out said no and shrugged, which I found to be kinda rude. It was kinda like “get over it.” If we were even slightly rude to anyone there, I would understand it but we weren’t. The staff was great, just some misunderstandings… but Lydia had the nastiest attitude and as an interracial couple, it made us really uncomfortable. I wouldn’t go here if you didn’t have to.

1st time visitors. We had the chicken Parm and spaghetti. The chicken was wonderful. Great presentation. I wasn't expecting much from the spaghetti - it's spaghetti, but wow! Fantastic! Sadly, I'm not sure what happened to the Tiramisu. Maybe you have a bad recipe People like us aren't going to a hip and trendy new fusion Italian restaurant because we enjoy traditional Italian. The Tiramisu is a huge miss. Unfortunately, our server told us that it looks like you are taking both the chicken Parm and spaghetti off of the menu. Whomever has made this decision has never been to Positano or Ravello. Well, I guess walking in and looking at the decor, I should have known that. We might be back but that depends on you and whether you have completely gutted the actual Italian out of your restaurant or not

This place was magical! The food was excellent. The violinist was amazing!! I was in town for a function and this was brunch on Sunday after all of the events. I will definitely return. Only request is more juice flavors for the mimosas.

This was a great dinner experience with friends! Though a bit pricey the food was good. The cocktails are too pricey for what you get. Also, the atmosphere doesn't strike me as italian right away.

I had a phenomenal experience here. You can tell the team pay great attention to detail by the quality and preparation of the food/drink. Thank you to Vince for excellent service and recommending the short rib pasta - I rate it 1000/10!

Went to Osteria Costa on a company event with clients. There was so much food, course after course , and it was so good! Baratta, salads, bolognese, shrimp scampi, chicken Parmesan, ribeye steak, pizza, huge dessert tray, OMG!!
