I was sold some defective travel, perfume, and cologne containers. I discovered that the product was defective a month after I bought it because I had no need for it until I was going on travel. When I tried to use it, the small amount of cologne that went inside leak right back out. When I went to the Tanger outlet store to return it, the young lady, who proclaim to be the manager, said that there was nothing she could do even if I had the receipt. A lot of these young people who are giving these leadership roles and representing businesses need to be retrained. They have poor customer service, and they don’t know how to make a good judgment call. Furthermore, your return policy needs to be addressed. The focus should be your customers satisfaction with your product not how much money you lose from refunding for those defective products. I gave you one star because I couldn’t choose zero stars!!!

I went Labor Day weekend to their store. A young men helped my husband and I with perfumes and colognes. We fell in love with off brand fragrances and bought two. We gifted them but the people we gifted the perfumes to did not like the smell. We got the fragrances and took them back to see if we could exchange them, when we got there the manager told us they couldn't do anything about it because it was already opened. She said the person who sold us the fragrances was supposed to let us know that we couldn't return or exchange if it was already opened. Not once were we told about the policy. Not only that but we were also supposed to get samples so that no one would open the fragrances if the people who were gifted the fragrances didn't like it. We NEVER got those samples! NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! Should've gone to Macy's.

Did not like how we were getting service understand that you have to convince a person into buying products to make sales but the woman was actually hitting on my bf she was a manager convincing us to buying product then kept telling her age and how old her kids are that had nuffin to do with purchase then seen he was a military cop and said oh I need u to lock up my baby’s father that was as so unprofessional and we both felt uncomfortable after we walked out of store after purchase was made

I was sold a fake creed Aventus in this store. And when I realized it, I called the store and the store assured me it’s authentic, even though I am explaining my experience to them that this particular creed doesn’t smell like the creed I know and doesn’t last long. I’m a creed regular user, I usually buy from Neimer Marcus or Bloomingdale. So I asked the store if they are Creed retailer’s and they said yes they buy from creed directly, that they don’t do returns, refunds or exchange, that if I have a problem with the smell and how long it lasts, I should call creed. I called creed yesterday and left them a voicemail and they returned my call this morning and I spoke to them and explained my situation to them and they confirmed to me that Perfumania is not one of their retailers. Not only the creed is fake, I was lied to. Why lie you are creed retailer when you are not!!!

A personalized sales experience, with thoughtful and considerate people, who listened carefully to my needs for scent profile, price range and packaging, and took their time to present me a whole range of options. I had forgotten what it's like to have that level of care and attention to customers in a store. I had a wonderful time shopping and came away with great deals for my wife and myself too.
