i went to this rainbow store like twice bc i don’t shop there like that 😂 but i was trying find some black pants i can wear for work and i went home and they didn’t fit which i spend like more than enough money on but okay tried to take them back or exchange to get a bigger size the lady with short hair cut told me I can’t return it because of the tags gone 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 like plz not suprised this location has one star like look at where it is let’s be forrreal & im not even from here

Shopping in an area where 'rudeness' is a 'thing', you still go and support businesses spending your hard earned money. To only turn around and experience rudeness from the staff. The female that was at the counter today (shorter, dark skinned, heavy set with one bun) was the WORST! Never greeted us as we approached the counter. My daughter was shopping for her Birthday outfit (as a young teen) and got this type of treatment. It's unacceptable. As someone that two works in the customer service industry too, you need not to take previous encounters from people and transfer them to others they did nothing to you. It was so disheartening I chose to keep my mouth closed for the simple fact that I had my daughter with me. However, moving forward you're going to encounter someone that's not going to be so lenient. Be and do better.

This location needs better staff and more organization. It is hard to browse through the store and shop.

Every rainbow I shop at is crowded with clothes. Barely room to really shop. Racks in the middle of the floor. And this location it was super hot. Makes people not want to shop. The front end area smelled like urine. And it doesn’t make sense to have winter clothes full price when it is out of season. The employees looked irritated because of the heat and smell. It’s sad

The sign says the store closes at 6pm. Why are the doors locked at 5:40pm. There's an associate in the store who knew I was at the door but just kept walking.

This store so ghetto managers even more ignorant then the cashiers....everytime I have tired to return an item it always a problem at this location not rivertown, not Marlow heights it always eastover location.....the cashier was very rude...I purchased a shirt when I got home didn't pay the shirt and mind until I went a few days later to put the shirt on it was holes under the arm of the shirt from the sensor...I brought the shirt back only to be told it had no tag I asked her to go find another shirt like the one I had already brought she did and as soon as she removed the sensor the price tag fall off it wasn't connected to the other tag she and the manager still did not want to give a refund because I didn't have a tag that obviously fall off when I purchased it and whomever the cashier was the day I purchased it did not put the price tag in the bag. I like the shirt if it hadn't not been damaged from the sensor I would have kept it and finally when they decided to return it the cashier kept laughing was very unprofessional had a very smart mouth ....no customer service at all....I will not return to this location

To disrespectful. I purchased some heel and 30 min after leaving store i realized heel was brooken. I went back to the store and manger say she look at all her shoe. Clearly she dont because my heel was broken and rainbow sold the shoe anyway. There no order in the store. I will not be returning to this rainbow

This Rainbow location has always had good services and for the most part nice staff but on October 15,2022when I went inside the door the lady at the register Ms.Joan tell me that you can’t return any faux leggings and I asked her since when because in the past I have return them and I even seen this same lady Ms.Joan return the same kind of item for other customers. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or was upset because I had a return but the services that she provided was not very nice. My thing is if you can laugh and giggle with the other customers treat all the same way but instead you pick and choose what you want to do. And I think it’s unfair how you select certain customers that you want to take there return for and then when she asked me why do I want to return the pants I said they are cut extremely small then she said it with an attitude well next time select you’re correct size and I’m like I did that but how dare you say something slick and even saying it in a bad way.

All the people who work there are super nice and are always willing to help you. Also this store always has things other stores don’t have. Best one in the area.
