The staff at this location were very knowledgeable and assuring of how I was going to smoothly go through my requested service. As someone who has never bought an iPhone or had a huge interest in one until yesterday, I appreciated their patience and understanding of the questions I had about me transferring my storage and other essentials from my Samsung Galaxy A32 to the iPhone 15 Plus. I highly recommend others go to this specific location as it is also near food places and stores in case you want to pass the time with other things to do as the staff provides the utmost and steady care of your requested device services.

Horrible customer service inside the store from every employee including both of the managers who were very rude. So much so that I heard them say to a customer stop talking and listen I’m telling you what it is. I had to go into the store no less than eight times and my issues were still never resolved completely. The only good thing about T-Mobile is the cell service most of the time. So if you want a company where you get a phone that works mostly everywhere and you are never going to need to go into a store or get customer service from a company, than T-Mobile is your company. If you think you might ever need assistance whether in store, online or on the phone then definitely DO NOT come to T-Mobile, they suck and will never get it right even though they are a huge company with tens of thousands of employees. It doesn’t make sense that if you escalate an issue several times and are speaking with a manager and you are disconnected they should call you back. T-Mobile never did. Even when they promised they would call and help me out. I got my own account from my wife’s account and tried to change it into a business account and they were so inept that no one in store or on the phone could ever figure it out and I went to the store almost ten times and called in even more. What a sorry company. I am definitely leaving and you should too.

The worst customer service. Very lazy employees who don’t want to work or do the work to really help anyone. They want you to do something they can do to make the process go smoother and very nonchalant.

Not a long wait. No air circulating in that location, though. However it is clean and the staff seem very knowledgeable. I am adding only this to my review, the location. Oxon Hill/Rivertowne.

Worst service. They customer service is awful. They don't even sign you in to know who goes first. People waiting for more than 20 minutes and they start attending the one who just came to the store.

Have never had a good experience at this t-mobile. Ever. Only good thing is they changed the look of the store inside. Their customer service is still not there. One of the representatives in the store rubbed me the wrong way. I believe his name was Eric. I’m like are you trying to make a sale or run your customers away. Safe to say we will try a new location next time.

The customer service started well and then got progressively got worse as the transaction went along! Diana E. was the worst customer service I ever had to deal with! I came in there to upgrade my phone. Very condescending, was rushing me out the door, telling me to finish my download! She was super trash!

Irvin helped my mom get her refund due to an error with her Tmobile account. He was patient, kind, and very helpful. Thank you Irvin for turning an ugly situation better and helping my mom get to the right people to process her refund ! He needs a raise management !

Customer service is great at this location! The only downside is the long wait times for the service. Highly recommend giving yourself ample time in your day before scheduling a visiting because wait times vary.

My sister was in a bad accident which left her with both ankles broken. She simply needed a new Sim card because her phone was damaged in the accident. I came to this location and explained the situation and told them that my sister can't walk, so I came to grab a Sim card for her. I was informed that they couldn't give me a Sim card because I wasn't an authorized user, even though I wasn't changing anything on her account. I asked could I just buy the Sim card and I would take it to her so she could activate it over the phone with customer care. The guy that comes back and tells me their manager says no, who doesn't even try to understand the situation and doesn't even come out to talk to me personally. If you or a loved one is disabled, don't come to this location because you won't get the help you need.
